Aisha was absolutely brilliant and I’m so happywith the colour and cut. The salon felt really safe too with lots of cleaning and all safety measure being adhered to.

Lauren F did a fantastic job at adding subtle highlights to tone my hair today, finished off with a lovely cut and blow dry!

Sian did a beautiful job of my gel nails in a fab shade of bright blue 3 weeks ago. Came back today to have them removed. Sian did a thorough job on both occasions, without rushing.Really pleased with the results with and without polish. nails left in good condition. Will definitely be back for a lovely autumn red shade in a couple of weeks.

Due to lockdown my roots had outgrown dramatically. I knew it was going to be a big job for Lauren. From the moment I sat down she listened to what I'd like and gave really good advice on the style of cut that would suit me. She was so thorough and it was evident when she was applying the foils how much care she took to get the best end result. I specifically asked for an Ash colour and the colour is perfect. I have had foil highlights for over 20 years and can honestly say my new hair cut has been one of my absolute favourites. I love it! Thank you Lauren!

2 years ago my hairdresser moved abroad and I went from salon to salon and couldn’t find a hairdresser that I felt comfortable or felt comfortable in an environment where I could feel confident, my work get discount at your salon and it came recommended by a colleague I saw Lauren last August and have been to see her every 6-8 weeks since she is lovely, kind, very complimentary and always does a superb job I always feel welcome going into the salon and always have a pleasant experience and never dread going in to the salon in fact I look forward to seeing Lauren. I would highly recommend your salon They are always professional and always look happy and that they enjoy working there.

I wasn’t sure what to go for when getting my hair cut but my stylist helped me choose a good classic style that showed off my natural hair colour.We discussed future colour options and the whole experience was a real treat.The massage chair was great and my stylist really put me at ease

My cut with Aimee has always been consistent, perfectly done. My colour change had the best outcome! After 6.5 hours and 3 members of the team it was an extremely good balayage. All 3 worked very hard to achieve the colour I wanted . Thank you all for your effort, I know it wasn’t as easy as we had thought! It’s so pretty and was well worth the time and cost .

Such an amazing experience, the atmosphere of the shop was lovely. This was my first ever time having my hair washed and styled by a hairdresser and I feel on cloud nine. Loved it so much, Charlotte was just so polite and welcoming, very pleased with my cut and blow dry. Definitely be recommending you(Charlotte) to friends and family!

Happy as always with my hair cut and colour, Kate always remembers what I have done and also remembers things about me personally which gives it that lovely extra touch so you feel like a client and not just a number. We always have a lovely conversation and laugh and as always she remains professional and friendly, I couldn’t ask for a better hairdresser. I used to have my hair cut at home by a friend and coloured it myself until I moved to Worcester 2 and a half years ago, I found Avant Garde as it was near my place of work and Kate has been my hairdresser pretty much since day one, having my hair done was always a chore and a waste of money in my eyes but Kate has turned that around and I actually enjoy having my hair done and would never go back to home box hair dying, thanks as always Kate, see you in 4 weeks

Rhiannon is an outstanding stylist and every visit to the salon is a real pleasure. This was my first visit back after lockdown and I was nervous but I had no need to be. Very professional, even though she is one on the younger styles her knowledge and passion for the job shines through. She was also very time conscious as my time was restricted with parking arrangement so I was very grateful for that. She is extremely gentle In her touch which is extremely soothing as I actually fell asleep while my hair was getting washed.

Sian was great with letting us know how the gel extensions work and as them being a trial for the salon she did an amazing job! I absolutely adore my nails I went for black and then dark silver on the others and she constantly asked me if I liked the shape and colour. She was very professional and such a lovely person to chat to! Can’t wait to come back x

I have visited Lauren on at least 10 occasions now for foils, cut & blow dry, colour etc... she is so pleasant, I can honestly say she never fails to deliver, her time keeping is impeccable, she has excellent listening skills and a great knowledge in colours. The salon is so well adapted for this Covid age I felt incredibly safe. It is also air conditioned which is a bonus in this heatwave. Aimee always listens to my requests and concerns and provides the best hair care and cut I have had since moving to Worcester 3 years ago.

I was made to feel very welcome. Lovely hair wash and the massage chair was relaxing. Lauren listened to what I wanted and gave me good advice about what would be the best option. She didn't rush and made sure I was happy with the new style.
It was a very hot day and very sticky in the plastic ppe, I look forward to visiting in better times!

I’ve been going to Avant Garde for about five years and usually I have an excellent cut and highlights with *****. This time pretty much everything went wrong - there was one side of my hair that had been cut too short on the inside layer whilst the other had not, and I asked for subtle highlights that would grow out very naturally (as I’ve had many times) but already I’m looking rooty.

I was hesitant to leave a review like this as ***** did even up my haircut free of charge (although with no offer of money back for my loss of hair or time) but I still cannot do what I want with my hair, I was charged designer prices for trainee level work, and ultimately it’s massively made me question my confidence in the salon.

Very good absolutely thrilled with the colour and the cut. Extremely lovely girl.
