She’s professional, fab and on it! We realised today that I plonk myself in a chair and hand over responsibility to her for making decisions about my hair!! So today she has been teaching me about hair - colour, treatments, how fouls and toners work!!

Lindsey is always so helpful and always does my hair exactly how I want it. I love how she talks you through every step and is always so nice and friendly. The best hair dresser!

The whole experience was great, well organised with the Covid regulations, felt safe and everywhere was super clean. Actually really liked the curtain between the sinks whilst getting my hair washed, along with the massage chair, the low lighting and a great head massage, it was all really relaxing. Aimee cut my hair exactly as I wanted it and totally put me at ease. Overall a great experience!

Lindsey is very professional, very helpful, very friendly and altogether very good. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a hairdresser. She made my visit to the salon yesterday an enjoyable one and I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Amiee was fab as always. She listened to what I wanted with both my colour and cut but also gave her honest opinion with what would work best with my hair and nailed it! The other girls who assisted with removing foils, washing my hair and adding tonner were also lovely. Everyone was really good at following guidelines and taking appropriate measures to reduce the risk of COVID transmission.

I had a lovely colour and cut today. The staff are always so lovely, nothing is too much trouble. They are making the best of the covid restrictions and continue to be so polite and lovely.

This was my first visit to the salon, Aisha was knowledgeable and professional. I came from north wales and this was by far the best salon experience I’ve ever had. The salon felt completely covid safe, and I’m over the moon with how my hair turned out! I will definitely be back! Thank you Aisha, you’re awesome pal

This was my first time at the Avant Garde salon. I originally booked for 8pm and I was told it would be an hour long appointment. I was called today to say there has been a cancellation for 5.45 and was asked if that time suited me , it suited me much better. The stylist came ten minutes later than the time. When she came,I told the stylist what I wanted with my hair and said I like the curly volumised blowdry look , I showed her a picture of the style of fringe I wanted. The cut was fine , but when I told her I wanted more volume and curls she said she doesn’t have time to put curls in as she has another lady that will be here soon and at that time it was around 40 minutes into the appointment time.
In any salon I’ve been to, they’ve not let people leave till they are a 100% satisfied so I feel disappointed. The whole thing felt rushed and I am not happy with the finish of my hair

It’s always an enjoyable time at your salon , Kate is a great hairstylist and lovely girl as you know ,I’ve booked in again on Tuesday for a few highlights , Kate done them before for my wedding ?

I was really pleased with my hair cut today. Sammy did a great job, talked me through what would be best for my hair and explained what she was doing and why.
So great to feel human again, rather than hairy yeti monster!

Amazing service as always

Today I had my eye brows done here for the first time and I needed some advice on a good hair product for my dry hair , all the girls in the salon were really helpful and made you feel very welcome when you arrived . Very professional service and followed COVID-19 rules correctly . I shall be coming again. 100% recommend .

I love having my hair done by Lindsey and Ella they are both extremely friendly and make me feel at ease but also super knowledgeable and talented.

I messed up with my appointment time and Aimee fit me in the following day in her own time, which I really appreciated. I had a new style this time and Aimee gave me some ideas to chose from, she then just got on with it and I was really pleased with the outcome. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming and you always get a drink, Nice to see that they are still running strict covid guidelines too!!

After having a horrible experience at another hair salon, I can’t even begin to describe how happy I was leaving the salon today.
Aisha was so lovely, professional and incredible - my hair has never looked so good and I’ve never felt more comfortable in a salon.
Definitely Covid safe and just overall a wonderful environment!
