Always a pleasure to have a treatment with Adele. Adele has been completing my treatments for a number of years and she has always been polite and professional and nothing is to much trouble.

I have been having treatments with Clare for the past 26 years. They are always excellent. She is always friendly, polite and exceedingly good at her job.

Another brilliant facial. I can honestly say i have had many massages and facial but nothing compares to this lovely orofessional spa. They r the best!

First consultation with Amy. Really enjoyed time with her and the quality of my nails and eyebrows is outstanding. Would recommend.

Wonderful calm experience

What a great spa in Hagley. As soon as you walk in friendly helpful ladies. Had a brilliant back massage today with excellent facial plus Sophie gave me lots of tips on the products which will help my skin type. See you in couple weeks. Another appointment already booked.

Hope that’s the right Clare! But my Clare is very knowledgable, quietly friendly and a wonderful therapist. Today I had reflexology which was blissful, but I have recently had a leg wax (less blissful) and a skin tag removal (ditto), but both done with quiet efficiency and entire success.

This was a virgin experience gift - so relaxing! Not too chatty during massage and facial, which is exactly what I needed. But very friendly and thoughtful.

It was a very relaxing experience. Claire was really aware of my needs.

I was warmly greeted by Clare and promptly introduced to my friendly Therapist Sophie, who talked me through my treatments. The treatment rooms are lovely and relaxing, with a heated bed. Sophie provided one of the best back massages I’ve had, relieving the knots in my back and completely relaxing me. My facial was pure bliss too, my skin looks amazing. Followed by a lovely manicure, and Sophie was very patient as I was undecided on colours. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Tranquil, thankyou to Sophie and all of the staff I met who were very friendly and accommodating, it was a truly relaxing experience, I highly recommend!

I have been using Tranquil Spa Hagley for many years and am cross with myself that I haven’t left a review before now. Clare is an excellent therapist, I’m always delighted when I leave the salon. Nothing is too much trouble and I know I’m in a safe pair of hands. I highly recommend Tranquil Spa in Hagley if you’re looking for great results in a relaxed environment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had the most amazing deluxe pedicure from Clare today. She was genuinely so lovely and extremely attentive during the whole treatment. My feet look and feel amazing too! The paraffin wax booties were my favourite part!

The massage was excellent

Had a full body massage and facial which I would recommend to family and friends. The atmosphere of the room was calming with the low lights and soft music which I enjoyed. Clare made me feel so relaxed, I kept drifting off to sleep even though I was trying to keep awake. My face felt refreshed and soft. Would definitely have the treatments again.

I have been attending this salon for over 20 years and today I had one of the best manicures and pedicures ever. Not that others are not good, they all are, but today felt special - Sarah took such a lot of care with both my hands and feet. As it is my birthday this weekend, it felt like a real treat.
