Felt very relaxed after appointment, Clare is very friendly and professional .

This was my husband and I’s first visit to tranquil at hagley . We had a very enjoyable experience there the ladies were great very welcoming and as I’m a wheelchair user they couldn’t do enough for me , both of us felt that hagley spa was much more accommodating to my needs than the other one we’ve been to , much more personal , we weren’t rushed or treated like we were on a production line.
An excellent service, we’ve rebooked for November, this is our favourite spa

Lovely relaxing and very calming facial for my skin.

Clare is absolutely amazing at reflexology. It took everything in me to stop myself falling asleep, I was so relaxed. And everything she picked up on through the treatment is spot on.

Clare was as ever, warm, friendly and prepared. Lovely relaxing facial and excellent tips on the use of Elemis face products following my facial. Thank you.

I can only recommend this treatment especially if you are over stressf or feeling anxious. You don’t need medication, just book one hour at this place and you’ll be chilled to the max. Great value

I cannot fault the service at Tranquil Spa in Hagley. I have been going for some time now and Clare has been amazing from day 1. So friendly and professional and really put me at ease right from my first visit. On top of that, the wax itself is always top notch. I've moved further from Hagley now but they've definitely earned a customer for life. I highly recommend Clare for anyone who is nervous about waxing.

As soon as I walked in to the salon I was greated by Sophie, she told me that she would be doing my facial and back massage, she was very helpful and explained what she was doing and she took me to the room where she left me too get ready,
The treatment was brilliant she applied the right pressure on my back, the facial was brilliant, so was the head massage, I have been to a spa a few times at different places this was one of the best.XXXX

Excellent spa very friendly. Can highley recommend the facial with Sophie. The best I have ever had. Sophie is very thorough and caring in what she does. She is very dedicated to her profession. My skin has never looked and felt so good. A visit is a must.

Most amazing head, back, neck, shoulder massage all rolled into one!! Been to many spa days but the treatment and service here were better than any place I've been too. Very interested in returning more often when work stress returns!

Clare works absolute magic - I had a back massage, exfoliate, facial, head hand and arm massage and oh my goodness, I felt like jelly on the way out. Absolutely incredible.

I have been having treatments with Clare for the past 26 years. They are always excellent. She is always friendly, polite and exceedingly good at her job.
