It’s the second time my daughter and I went there to ask Neil to help cut our hair. Neil was so skillful and nice, my daughter and I loved the new haircut. He listened to our needs carefully and delivered just what we wanted. The salon is a comfortable and cozy place to be in.

Made very welcome from when l popped in for a chat about my hair to my first appointment today with Ade. I felt he understood my very fine straight hair completely, and has put a plan in place for my hair in readiness for my daughter's wedding in June so thank you Ade.

The staff are amazing. Very welcoming, making you feel instantly relaxed and cared for. Nothing is too much trouble and I trust them totally to colour and cut my hair, helping me to look my best. Very skilled.

Love coming in to get my hair fixed and have a chat and a laugh with you all! Adrian is such a fanastic soul and always makes me feel so welcome and the time passes so quickly and then I even get to leave with a fab cut and colour along with advice on how to manage it until my next visit!

Thanks to Kate for her usual excellent work on my very thick long hair her patience and dedication to a 3 hour marathon as always result in beautiful hi lights this coupled with help from Nina who stepped up to tackle washing my hair and providing a head massage as Kate had another client - along with good conversation from both ladies and 2 perfect cups of tea from Nina makes my visits a genuine pleasurable experience ! Super teamwork ladies - see you next time ?

I made the appointment out of desperation not recommendation and managed to get a cancellation. Kate was courteous and considerate and seemed to understand my hair, although she had never seen me before. All her tools were sharp.!.....no pun intended. She understood what I wanted. I was very happy with the whole experience and will be back.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming but my biggest praise goes to Kate .She always takes the time to talk me through my colour and style….and suggests ways to help me with my styling at home.

Adrian was great with our 13 year old who finds it difficult to say what they want. Thanks for your good advice and sensible attitude, much appreciated

First time visiting the Little Hair shop and was not disappointed. Senior stylist N, really knows what he's doing, my hair felt in safe hands. I am very pleased with the quality and received exactly the cut I wanted, friendly attentive service. Will definitely be returning!

What a stroke of luck when I phoned 'on spec' and Neil had an appointment available. First professional cut since before lockdown, so a marathon task for him. Came out looking sleek and lovely. So being new to the area he is my go to saviour. Thanks Neil

This was the first salon I tried after moving to Malvern and five months on I haven’t looked back. It’s small but perfectly formed, relaxed but efficient, the staff are welcoming and friendly without being pushy, and Neil has the perfect colouring and styling skills to make my ultra fine hair easy to manage. What a find!!

After having long hair forever I decided to go short. Never used this salon before. Was attended to by Kate. She was the gentlest hairdresser ever. Very polite and professional. My hair is naturally curly and Kate told me if it go isn’t bounce up as much as I wished , to give her a call and she would take more off for me. Great customer service. Would recommend.
