Kate cut my hair, and it is so easy to manage and suits my lifestyle. The whole experience is very relaxing and you totally come out feeling great! The receptionist was so nice as well.

As always, I enjoyed my visit to the salon. It’s light and airy and chilled. All the staff are friendly but Neil is usually my stylist and we have interesting chats while he comes up with a great cut!

Excellent service, beautiful cut with the knowledgeable Kate. My normally dry frizz prone hair looked and felt amazing after. Hair had a lot of damage from previous bleaching she got rid of the horrid ends and gave valuable advice. 1st time visit for me today and have already booked for a return visit for a colour. Really clean and friendly salon. Would highly recommend.

My first colour appointment since I grew out my grey during lockdown. I didn't have a cut this time. I was required to have a allergy test the week before the appointment - there were no issues,
Kate listened to my wishes then highighted my hair and dried/ styled it using a hair dryer and heated tongs. My hair looked exactly as I'd wished and I've already received a lot of compliments.

Neil listened well and gave suggestions before styling, great customer service!

usually get my haircuts in gloucester but looks like i’ll be travelling to malvern for them now, loved it

TBH I was in the salon 15 minutes-left it to the hairdresser whether it was wash and cut it or spray and cut. Spray it was quick cut and I was done. I was taken aback when I was told due to not taking a lot off I would be charged same as a gents cut which was £31. Might not sound a lot but my previous full wash, cut, dry has been £36.50 and I haven’t been in there over an hour so I found the cost of this visit very expensive.. furthermore I don’t believe that my hairdresser charges £124 an hour for her services??? Sorry but I will be looking elsewhere in future-it was just too expensive for the time spent and the work done.
