I managed to grab a last minute appointment on a whim as I was in desperate need of some self care! Amie conducted my Swedish massage and the whole experience was absolutely amazing! She was so lovely and made you feel like a friend, and the massage it’s was incredible! Felt like I floated home on a cloud afterwards! My daughter and I were made very welcome and advised on Covid procedures when we arrived.
We both had a very nice pedicure.
We went to the treatment room for facials details of the individual treatments were very well explained. The surroundings were tranquil , warm and lovely music played.

I had eyebrows tinting and shaping. After procedure my face (both cheeks, nose and forehead) had marks of black tint. After waxing procedure one eyebrow left with wax. Everything were done without competence.

My first time at Iconic. The two young ladies who greeted me, one being Olivia who was about to rid me of my bushy eyebrows! And another lady, sorry, I cant remember her name gave me such a warm welcome I felt totally at ease!
The salon is beautifully clean and stylish and the stairs easy to manage if you are slightly disabled.
Olivia did a great job on my overgrown eyebrows, I will definitely be going back perhaps next time for a manicure!

A truly amazing facial experience, and a complete escape from the real world. My skin looks and feels amazing, and it was lovely to be able to switch off and relax for an hour. The products used smell divine too.
