I had a 1hr facial and a 30min back massage with Lauren (Fri 27/10). Both treatments were divine, so relaxing - just what I needed after a hectic week at work. Lauren is always very friendly but professional and always makes me feel at ease. I can't recommend Iconic highly enough.

Always come to iconic and everyone is so friendly. Lauren is always my preference but the other girls are good too.

The salon has been recently refurbished and is a lovely environment with friendly and helpful staff. On this occasion I had an Elemis facial combined with a back massage. The appointment was punctual and the treatment was relaxing and luxurious. Lauren was professional and thoughtful, leaving me to enjoy my treatment in peace while ensuring I was comfortable at all times. I have had manicures and pedicures with gel or ordinary polish and eyebrow waxing and tinting here in the past. I have not been disappointedon any occasion. I would thoroughly recommend Iconic.

Laura was lovely and I was so pleased with my nails, I was booked on with Jodie but she had to leave so they called and checked it was ok and I had a lovely experience, the only small criticism was I wasn’t offered a drink and after a long day at work I was very thirsty but not a major issue just an observation ?
