Love coming in to have my hair done all the girls are lovely, very welcoming and Carly always does a great job doing my hair.

1st time using Earl and Co and I couldn't be more happier.. carly did exactly what I asked for and definitely not scissor happy.. i was quiet nervous as ive had bad experiences in the past and haven't been to anyone in 2 years and she was absolutely amazing.. couldn't be happier and I thank you.. very much appreciated.

I moved 26 miles away but still travel all the way because the service and professionism I receive from carly and sue is second to none
I couldn't recommend the salon high enough

First visit to this salon, staff were friendly and made you feel welcome. Kelly understood exactly what I wanted, when I told her. She wasn't scissor happy and didn't cut it too short (which is what I have had done at previous hairdressers). Very happy with the cut and will be going back again.

I am military and move around every 2/3 years and this is the best Salon I have been to in the UK and I have served in Essex, Northern ireland, Scotland, Kent and many more.

Carly is the best hair extension applicator I have ever used. I have thin hair and my hair has actually got thicker whist using her naked weave technique. The time and care she takes over application and removal IS SECOND TO NON.

Kelly is a colour Queen she has vision beyond that of mystic meg and can just see what will work and is always honest when discussing colour choices. I first attended the salon after a botched balayage kelly worked hours to correct it and when I say hours I mean like 4 or more. She didnt like the way the first dye took so started all over again until she and I were happy and only charged for the 1st treatment.

Sue the owner-wow this woman works harder than the Duracell bunny! There are ppl who take pride in their work and business then there is Sue. Where she finds the time and energy I have no idea. She never turns anyone away I've personally been to the salon and recieved treatments from her at 8pm at night so she could help everyone get over their scary COVID hair.

I cannot praise this salon and their staff enough and I'm actually dreading if I get posted away from the area and looking at contingency plans to get back. My hair has never looked as good as it does now and it's all down to the staff and their hard work. Ladies you are awesome. Thank you xxx

Can’t thank Carly enough for cutting my daughters hair, it was her first time in a salon and she was comfortable in minutes. She also allowed her to have her nails painted whilst there just to make her feel like a princess. Thank you so much

I had a wash cut and blow dry with Carly and she was so lovely! My hair is in such great condition now and was cut exactly how i wanted she has done so good and the customer care was brilliant! Already rebooked for christmas!

I dont even know who cut my hair.
I booked in 3 weeks in advance for 10am. I was phoned a few days later to be told my hairdresser I booked with won't be in till 12 so can we reschedule. Yes not a problem. So I arrive and the hair dresser I booked with was already doing a colour cut and blow dry on a regular client. Not impressed being lied to for a start. I was booked in for a 2hr restyle appointment. I had a hair dresser who I cant tell you her name. I showed her a photo of what I wanted to achieve and the style I wanted. I was told no that cant be done, my hair is still too damaged 3years after pregnancy and it needs to recover. Fine OK. So I ended up with the quickest wash ever, told what she was going to do with my hair. Zero engagement with me, chatting to clients in the salon and Co workers, looking at her smart watch as the news had a headline come through. So my hair was done. Did a patch test as I said I wanted it coloured soon. Paid and left. 35 mins from getting out my car to getting back in it for a 2hour hair retyle appointment with a different hair dresser because I was lied to in the first place. Clearly new custom doesn't mean alot to this salon and I will not recommend to anyone or return. I came home, washed my hair and tried to make the best of what I have been given which I shall now spend years growing out again so I can find a stylisy who cares enough to give me the time of day for a decent hair style not just a cut and blow dry.

I came in for a patch test and to talk about what I would like done. Kelly was amazing! I’m not very confident about my hair or very good at doing anything with it. She made me feel really comfortable and went over lots of ideas. I can’t wait to see how it looks!

I absolutely love going to Earle and co, all the stylists are lovely and so friendly. Carly is my stylist however and she makes my visit there so personal she takes her time I never feel rushed and the conversation just flows it’s a proper social treat for me. I’ve never had a hair cut I’ve not liked Carly always listens to what I’d like and will offer advice. All the stylists are great and I wouldn’t have a problem anyone of them cutting and colouring my hair if Carly were unable to do it.

Managed to fit me in last minute this evening, were fantastic with my children and produced beautiful cuts - thankyou !!

I can't recommend this place enough!! Kelly literally made my daughter's year and gave her an amazing experience! Kelly listened to what my daughter would like and made it happen! The smile on her face was priceless....thank you so much!
