This week I visited Madames for a Massage, this included the Hot Stones Back, Neck and Shoulder treatment. Louise was friendly and welcoming. I have issues with knots under my shoulder blade and she quickly identified this and worked them out really well without discomfort to me.

The hairdresser was late. No apology. A very quick cut and she didn't even blow dry it dry. Just a little blow drying
The cuts are always good there and so is the washing etc but today there were only two people in and they were in a rush to get people done. I felt like an inconvieniemce

First visit to this salon today, would highly recommend Adam cut coloured and blow dried my hair, and it was the best my hair has been for Years. Whilst I was there Louise fitted me in for a mini shellac manicure which is lovely.

Yesterday I went to my usual hairdressers Madames to have a restyle half head foils, cut and blow dry!! I'm extremely pleased with the result. Adam is hugely helpful in knowing what is best for me at my age (early 60s) for my hair type. He is such a personable young man and we have a great chat and some giggles along the way. Just what you need at your hairdressers. It can be an ordeal deciding what to do with your hair. They are all very supportive and helpful. The salon is clean beautifully decorated and now with a tastefully decorated tree ready for Christmas. I always enjoy my visits to Madames and love the Redken products they use.

It's always a great experience at Madames. You don't just get a hair cut or a beauty treatment, you get to chat with friends, because that's how the staff treat you, like old friends. They put themselves out to help & give advice & will give an honest opinion.

Louise was very pleasant and the atmosphere is relaxing. I was in a rush to leave so I had a glance at my nails and was quite happy with everything. I was pleasantly surprised with the price as well.
However, when I came home and had a chance took at the result under the light I have realised that the cuticle was not removed (I asked for thist twice) and nail polish line isn't even by the cuticle and by the sides of the nail bed as well as varnish overhang underneath the nail.
Overall my nails lwere left looking very untidy.

Becky always cuts my hair as I want it done. She is friendly, helpful & cheerful. It's a pleasure to go to Madames in Covinghamy.

Beckie was her usual cheerful self. I was asked what cut I wanted and proceeded to have a relaxing hair wash. Beckie and I chatted while she cut my hair to my specifications. I am really pleased with the visit and cut it is so easy to manage. A very pleasurable experience thank you

I was really nervous going from long to short hair ????Adam made me feel totally at ease and the transformation was/is amazing I look totally different!!! And not in a bad way do if you're considering a new you, style then I highly recommend this salon. Thank you ????

My first visit to Madames and definitely not my last! Just had a half head foils, cut and blow dry with Adam. Very friendly team, on arrival and on two previous occasions, one at the desk and another on the phone - a consistent approach from all.
Professional advice given and time spent finding out what I wanted and what would be best considering my hair was in need of some TLC.
I got some TLC with a lovely head massage and wash and the products used smelt gorgeous.
I love the colours used and the cut looks good.
A welcome discount given as it was my first time and an option for more rewards when referring someone else!
An overall positive experience in a relaxed and friendly environment and I shall look forward to my next visit!

I am always made to feel welcome by Adam and the staff at Madames. Adam has been cutting my hair for nearly 2 years now and I am always pleased with the result.

I took my two daughters in for haircuts and Becky was fabulous with them dealing with them each in a different way to make them comfortable with having their hair cut.

Loved this salon. I felt comfortable straight away, Adam and team are very friendly and welcoming and I have walked out of there with a fantastic haircut that looks amazing, and to top it off, I was shocked in a pleasant way at the cost when it was time to pay - bargain! Have booked again in the near future to sort out my bad home colour job!

I had a very enjoyable time having my hair, nails and eyebrows made to look perfect. Would certainly recommend.

Originally inquired about having a spiral perm I'm was told that they could do it so booked an appointment but I wouldn't say wha was done is actually a spiral perm it's nothing like I asked for although my hair is curlier than when I went in I'm a bit disappointed with how it turned out

After frequently using different salons to find a place that does my hair exactly how I want it I have found one! My friend managed to book me in on short notice which is a bonus to begin with. All staff where friendly, helpful and just a pleasure. My hair is eventually exactly how I want it !

A really good service with a wash and a cut it was perfect really lovely decor as well and where you can by the products used in your experience.

Always excellent. Friendly salon who really take care of their clients.
