Yet again, I have walked out of Madames feeling ten feet high!
Adam always cuts my hair perfectly, my colour is vibrant shiny & just wonderful. And the icing on the cake is the friendly service which mates the visit a real pleasure.

I'm very nervous about going to a new hairdresser but Adam made me feel really relaxed and done an amazing job with my hair, I love it.
Nice friendly atmosphere and very professional.
The colour and cut is perfect and I will most certainly be using madames again in the near future. 5 stars from me.

I always love going here. Everyone is friendly and calm. It is such a relaxed atmosphere and they never rush you.They always make you feel like they have all the time in the world for you, lol even when they dont.

It is always a pleasure coming to have my hair cut here, I travel 40 mins for Adam to do my hair, he is so patient and always makes you feel fabulous before you leave. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I've been going to madames for years and i wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Adam has cut my hair and Coloured it for a long time and every single time I see great improvement in the way it looks. I also use the beauty services which are brill. Perfect salon, great atmosphere and a lovely team. ????????

Adam and the staff at Madames cannot be faulted. Super friendly, super efficient, and always willing to try to find a convenient appointment time for me. I couldn't be happier with my cut and colour, both of which have evolved with Adam's knowledgeable guidance. Great service and value, couldn't ask for better.

First visit. Love my hair! Did a great job. Small, quiet, friendly salon. Got a discount for first visit so great value. I needed an emergency appointment and they got me in same day. Was worried about using a different hair dresser especially for foils but Becky did a really fab job. Would def recommend ????

A visit to Madames is always a great experience. There is a lovely atmosphere in this salon so relaxation is guaranteed. They know how to make you feel special and if you're not exactly sure about what you want then sit back and leave it to their expertise. Madames never fail to impress me and I feel great when I leave - that is the best test to use when you visit a salon, how you feel afterwards.

Once again great haircut from Becky, great staff ,great atmosphere,would recommend madames to anyone.

I have some health issues and these wonderful trio help any cares of the day drift away into nothing.
I do not know anywhere else where you receive a mini temple massage whilst washing my hair.
They all put both me and my husband at our ease and we always have a good laugh too.

I was told the saloon was very good, and l was pleased with the cut l received and also l have booked fo my hair to coloured, at a reasonable price.

Due to another hairdressers recently making a totally bad job of foils on my hair, Madames were instantly helpful giving me advice on how they could correct this for me and fitted me in quickly which I much appreciated in the circumstances.
Louise and Becky helped me with this and were very helpful and friendly and I was extremely pleased with my hair after my visit.

All the team are always helpful and friendly when I have visited previously. I will definitely be returning again as they are totally professional, nothing is too much trouble.

I thought the service was great, the hairdressers were very kind and knew exactly what I wanted. The outcome of my hair was great and the atmosphere all around was good and I will defiantly be coming back :)

Just had my hair highlighted and trimmed. Both Becky and Louise did an excellent job.
Pleased with results, they did exactly what I asked for .

Staff are friendly and always welcoming. Their hair knowledge is great and have an easy to use online appointment system.

Adam is the most professional & excellent stylist I have ever visited. His customer service is by far the best in Swindon. I would urge anyone who hasnt been to Madames to book an appointment.

This week I visited Madames for a Massage, this included the Hot Stones Back, Neck and Shoulder treatment. Louise was friendly and welcoming. I have issues with knots under my shoulder blade and she quickly identified this and worked them out really well without discomfort to me.

The hairdresser was late. No apology. A very quick cut and she didn't even blow dry it dry. Just a little blow drying
The cuts are always good there and so is the washing etc but today there were only two people in and they were in a rush to get people done. I felt like an inconvieniemce

Great experience, as always. Adam is really attentive and very good at what he does. Just one criticism, no hot drink was offered.

First visit to this salon today, would highly recommend Adam cut coloured and blow dried my hair, and it was the best my hair has been for Years. Whilst I was there Louise fitted me in for a mini shellac manicure which is lovely.
Very welcoming and comfortable salon, will become a regular.

Yesterday I went to my usual hairdressers Madames to have a restyle half head foils, cut and blow dry!! I'm extremely pleased with the result. Adam is hugely helpful in knowing what is best for me at my age (early 60s) for my hair type. He is such a personable young man and we have a great chat and some giggles along the way. Just what you need at your hairdressers. It can be an ordeal deciding what to do with your hair. They are all very supportive and helpful. The salon is clean beautifully decorated and now with a tastefully decorated tree ready for Christmas. I always enjoy my visits to Madames and love the Redken products they use.
