I had another unforgettable massage from the magnificent Franca. Her lovely and warm personality instantly puts her clients at ease. She is so knowledgeable and experienced, working skilfully and confidently. Her magical hands transported me to a world of peace, comfort and relaxation. I felt divine during the treatment and after it. I am so grateful and I'm already looking forward to booking another session with Franca.

I'm a long time client of Concepts Beauty 10 yrs plus & Nikki is my go to therapist. She knows my skin inside out & recommended Alumier facials. I've had 3 treatments so far and have definitely noticed a difference in my 59 yr old skin. My skin looks more even & feels more hydrated with less redness & my enlarged pores appear to be less noticeable.
I trust Nikki implicitly with my skin & she was right as usual to recommend Alumier for my aged & sensitive skin.

First time visiting Concepts and it was an extremely positive experience. I booked in with Nikki off the back of a recommendation and she didnt fail to impress me. She made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident about my treatment and talked me through my treatment from beginning to end so I knew what was happening. Nikki was gentle in her approach, professional and knowledgeable in what she does. Nikki also advised me on further treatment IPL but in no way shape or form pressured me into taking on this treatment until I had read up on what it is all about. She printed off the information to read along with a price list. It was all helpful advise. I have pre-booked with Nikki for same treatment as today with the intention of further discussing IPL with hopefully going ahead to starting the treatment. Concepts is a lovely salon and you do leave feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend Concepts and Nikki too, she is a senior therapist with many many years experience :)

Lovely appointment with Lana today. She was friendly, chatty but not too much. She was very informative as I’d never had a brow tint before but I had complete confidence in her ability and knowledge. My brows have turned out beautifully!
