I came to get my brows done before I got married in 2022 and have booked in with Franca ever since. She does a great job and there’s always a lovely atmosphere in the salon too.

Today was just what I needed. A Guinot facial and FREE back, shoulder and head massage. I didn’t feel rushed at all and left the salon feeling exactly how I wanted to: relaxed and peaceful. Andrea is such a lovely and calm lady.

First time to the salon and it was a very good experience. Nikki was very professional and explained everything. The facial itself was amazing, I felt so relaxed and my skin feels the best it has in a long time.

This was my second massage with Lana (specifically booked with her again!). Lana always checks what pressure and areas I want to be worked on. I always feel relaxed and less tense after. Would recommend and will rebook with Lana in the future.

Andrea is a professional and knowledgable in this treatment area . I’m not going to lie it is a slightly painful treatment to a sensitive area , lips and chin. I have received several treatments over the last few months. I have taken Andreas advice to resist plucking stray haird and patiently keep coming for 10 minutes electrolysis rather than waxing the area. . This is good advice , working well for me. I feel more confident that the hairs are not re growing or if they are they are so thin. The treatment had helped me feel more confident that there are no random hairs. She is confident and skilled and makes this uncomfortable treatment pleasant, worthwhile experience. Persistence is paying off.

I travel from the far side of Halifax to come to Concepts, because it is the nicest place I have found. I always book with Miranda now, she is fantastic, and I always come away feeling relaxed and calm. The Espa Hero back face and scalp treatment is heaven.
