This was the first time I have had a massage and I was a little anxious. I was made to feel at ease throughout and at every stage, it was explained to me what was going to happen. The environment was super; very relaxing and I was not rushed to leave. It felt very indulgent and I loved it.

I so enjoyed my appointment this morning . I am abut self conscious about my feet and usually only go for a pedicure when I am going on holiday . After today I am definitely going to go more often . I felt relaxed and at my ease with Miranda . My feet feel marvellous now . I am holiday ready and feel pampered . Thankyou

The manicure in itself was fantastic, she spent loads of time doing my cuticles and filing my nails down. However, they have a small selection of OPI colours and do not paint from the nail bed making them look outgrown in a matter of days after the manicure. When spending large amounts of money on a manicure I’d expect it to last longer.

Maria was excellent as usual but I couldn’t find her name in the drop down list.

Andrea has the ability to make you feel instantly at ease and reads the client brilliantly. The Hero massage is such a treat and I would highly recommend this. Perfect and total blissful experience!

I've just had my eyelashes tinted, as Ive had them done lots of times before but unfortunately I was really disappointed this time. It was stinging abit so the lady removed it but when I've got home and looked in the mirror it doesn't even look like I've had them done this time. And still paid the amount. So abit disappointed this time. Which is ashame. Was in and out within 10mins.

She put me at ease straight away and kept talking to me and my sister thoughout our appointments which was greatly appreciated. She kept checking I was okay as it was my first brazilian wax which was very thoughtful. She was so lovely and the whole experience was amazing. My brows looks so nice too! Even put more tint on to get my desired look.

Selena gave me an outstanding full-body massage. I just melted in her skillful, gentle hands. The treatment left me feeling divinely relaxed, revived and rejuvenated. I have already booked my next massage with Selena and can't wait for it. Thank you so much, Selena. 💗

Great service. I called into the salon on the off chance but there was no appointment available. The great receptionist took my number , said she would let me know if a cancellation happened. A short while later I got a call and I was given an appointment . Great service from both Andrea and the receptionist.

I recently had the privilege of revisiting Concepts Beaty and meeting Anna who provided me with a fantastic full well-being massage. Anna was friendly, totally professional and obviously very experienced in her very skilled profession . I left my appointment feeling totally relaxed and revitalised and will not hesitate in rebooking my next session with her very soon. Thank you very much.
