Natalie is a lovely girl and takes so much attention to details and makes you feel so relaxed she has done my eyelashes nails peels I wouldn't go to anyone else book an appointment with natalie she is amazing and always leaves me feel like a new woman and the rest of the girls are so warm and welcoming too

Sensory Heaven is 90 minutes of pure bliss. Totally relaxing a self indulgent treat to yourself. Naterlie is thorough and professional. In particular the facial is to be recommended leaving baby soft skin. It's a must try.

After the proverbial morning from hell at home I managed to get to the salon on time somehow. A quick chat with Katie before my back massage highlighted I may be in need of a harder hitting massage to help ease my stress. Then into the totally relaxing haven otherwise known as the treatment room.
It worked ! Total bliss as Katie in-knotted knots on top of knots and I could feel the tension in my body start to ease within minutes. Absolute bliss and set me up for the rest of the day.
And the absolutely icing on the cake ... no charge as this was my freebie from the loyalty scheme. You can’t get much better than that. Well you could ... I think I could have willingly stayed all afternoon to be honest but you can’t have everything.

I’ve been coming to Saks Halifax for years. The service is great, the team are all super professional and helpful and the overall atmosphere in the salon is welcoming, friendly and professional. I’ve had a variety of treatments over the years but my essentials are HD Brows, eyelash tint and manicures and pedicures. Highly recommended.

Katie did a great job on my ‘invisible’, white blonde brows. Mixing a beautiful colour to complement my hair colour and giving them fantastic shape and definition.

The treatment was excellent as usual, really enjoyable.
The only thing I would comment on was I was a little cold. Lauren ( I think that’s her name )was fab & put an extra blanket on but I was still cold.

I thought the experience was very relaxing and lauren is a valued member of your staff
