A lovely treatment carried out today by Katie. I felt safe, relaxed and well cared for during the treatment. Katie was very professional and knowledgeable with any questions I had and informed me throughout the treatment about what was happening and the products being used. My skin feels amazing and I’m looking forward to my next treatment at the salon.

It is always so lovely to attend with Alice for my nail appointment. Welcoming, friendly and good fun . Would highly recommend this salon .

My eyelashes came out different, right eye was high, left eye went flat the next day. 4 days later I had them treated again but the same issues both eyes were different but I could not get it treated again or use an eye lash curler to make them the same due to the risks from over treatment. Saks were good in trying to resolve the issue, and the therapist was nice and welcoming, however the result of the treatment was not satisfactory. I was not happy with Noveau response to Saks email saying they were satisfied with the job, a picture was sent to them, however pictures are not a true reflection unless you see something in person as it can be deceiving depending on what angle the picture is taken. I now have eyelashes that are different from each other and very noticeable, right eye is high and curled and tinted dark, left eye not so much and half flat. I won't be getting this treatment again and I would not reccomend it to my family or friends or if they did I would advise them there is a risk of eyelashes being different (one a lot more curled and tinted than other), I was advised it could be due to the life cycle of the eyelashes. Saks have offered a free tint, however, the whole experience has been a ball ache trying to fix my lashes, more trouble than its worth. Be aware!

I had booked lvl and eyebrow shape as a treat as I am returning to work Natalie is very friendly, made me feel at ease , relaxed and comfortable really pleasant experience the lvl was amazing my eyes looked really open , lashes are perfect the best I have had.

I had a gorgeous hot stone massage tonight, working from home is taking its toll. Lauren focused on my upper shoulders where I was feeling it. It was just what I needed and really relaxing. I then had my nails done. Lauren is fantastic at what she does and an all round lovely lady. I look forward to my monthly treat.
Felt safe and well looked after with all the recent safety procedures put in place for covid.

Had nails done beautifully again by Lauren. The girls have adapted wonderfully to the new regime they now have to have in place. Feel totally safe and so pleased to be able to be pampered again ?

Lauren is lovely and asks exactly what you want to make sure the outcome is as close to your desired look. She made us feel so comfortable, always a lovely experience coming here.

Excellent ? service

What can I say ... whilst I’ve visited the newly (and beautifully) refurbished salon a few times for nails - it’s only today since the restrictions have eased that I have been able to get my brows done. Even with masks - and the sanitiser, checking temperatures and the PPE worn by the staff - it was still a wonderful experience.
None of the attention to detail, or personal touches are missing. It’s spotless (as it always was) and I was thrilled to be back to having brows that actually look like brows again.

My face was feeling very dry and dehydrated Natalie suggested the best treatment and it was amazing so relaxing and so comforting my skin is now glowing which I never had before she spoke to me about aftercare and suggested product to use at home. Overall amazing relaxing experience

I believe I had Katie from WestVale, sorry If I’ve got the wrong name! It was my first time getting HD brows at Saks and absolutely loved it. Everyone has been so kind and helpful, from getting my patch test with Alice to entering Katie’s lovely home. Everything was covid safe, very safe environment and I felt very comfortable. All lovely girls and I can’t wait to come back!! Keep up the amazing work.

Honestly the best full body massage I have ever had! Very very relaxing.
The salon is beautiful since the refurbishment, no corners have been cut with the attention to detail.
Katie is very professional and thorough and the salon is very much prepared for Covid which makes you feel extremely safe with all the safety precautions taken care of.
Cannot wait for my next visit. 10/10

Always a lovely experience

Katie has triumphed once again in the nail stakes. As usual I arrived at this joyful salon with no clue of what to do with my gel refresh. As always - Katie was straight in with a fabulous idea of tiny delicate daisies on the nail of each ring finger with a dusky pink backdrop.
Simple ... or so she makes it look ... and so very very pretty and different from the usual glitter-bug that I love.
Already looking forward to see what she comes up with for my holiday nails ! (No pressure or anything Katie!)

Alice showed me the new colours for spring , I chose one of the new colours for a rebalance and alice chose the glitter which was perfect.
