I had a Mum-To-Be massage today and Lucy did my treatment. She was so accommodating and at 36 weeks pregnant often find myself uncomfortable lying in the same position for a period of time. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and was so kind and kept sitting me up to make sure I was okay. My whole treatment was great, thank you so much!

Great experience. Welcoming from the minute I got there, had a nice cup of tea whilst I was waiting. Love my eyebrows done but Chloe, she really got what I wanted - a nice full brow but natural looking still. The salon was lovely and clean. Great experience - I will be returning!

Called on the off chance for a massage. OMG it was Amazing. For the first time in months my shoulders are below my ears!!! So satisfying to feel all the knots being massaged out. Fantastic job Chloe, I have booked again with you.

I went for a Dermaplaning facial, I had the deluxe version, and I highly recommend. It was really relaxing, my skin feels amazing, and Chloe my therapist was brilliant. Will definitely be back soon!

Thank you to the lovely Chloe for my eyelash & eyebrow tint! Soooo pleased with my brows, she’s shaped them so well I didn’t realise they could look that good!

I’ve had Russian infills for years but I’m afraid I won’t be returning.
Anna made a lot of effort for me and is lovely but after having Emma for years and then Natasha, my own personal preference are quite neat lashes and *****’s style isn’t quite that.
I’m afraid I won’t be returning for Russians unless it’s for a full set which I’m sure ***** would be great at.
I do think £30 for infills is reasonable but not fir today’s result.

Full body massage was perfect, couldn't fault it.

Dermaplaning. Well. The service itself was fine. However she managed to shave my hairline (my actual hair. On my head. Not face hair) and has left me with stubble round my hairline that I can feel immediately. I was under the impression she would only "shave" my face hair/peach fuzz NOT my actual hair!
As someone who wears their hair up a lot I am devestated as this will be totally obvious as it grows back in AND my hairline is now in a barbie doll line and looks like I've shaved. Completely gutted as my skin looks great, just not my hair. (Which she knew was important as I had told her I'm going to a wedding abroad in 4 days)

She also didn't give me any aftercare advice. Do I wash my face tonight? As normal? Do I need additional protection in the sun? For how long? She knows I'll be abroad in a hot country...

Also being told that I had the most dead skin she had ever seen.. repeatedly. Made me feel crap!!!

My first time here. Lucie was really nice and did a quick but thorough wax. Very pleased! I did think it was quite pricey and they don't do an NHS discount which most places I have been to usually do which does help. But I will be visiting again.

Had a billion dollar brow experience which was really lovely. Staff very professional and friendly and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Will definitely go back. I thought the price of £18.00 was extremely reasonable.

I first went to Vanilla Pod for a facial and had a lovely experience. I know go regular for eyebrow shaping and waxing. Staff are always welcoming salon is always clean and tidy.

Today I had a full body massage and it was amazing.
I felt totally at ease and fell asleep at one point.
I had a gift voucher that expired in April and I emailed and explained this and they kindly extended the voucher to the end of July so I could still use it.

I had a really nice manicure and pedicure here. Staff are lovely - what was refreshing was that they didn’t all talk amongst themselves but were very professional and “quiet”. Also, I don’t really get on with Shellac and have been sold it at other salons in the past because they say the normal one won’t last more than two days...well, happy to say both fingers and toes still look great over a week on. Will definitely be back.
