I was so looking forward to this treatment hearing so many good reviews about Vanilla Pod. Unfortunately I did not get what I wanted the therapist made my brows way too thin and ended up with a rash for days after.

From the minute I stepped through the door I knew I was in good hands. Having anything done to your face can be worrying but particularly so with microblading. Emma explained everything brilliantly and then carried out the procedure carefully and professionally. I am delighted with the outcome and cannot recommend them enough.

I have been following Vanilla Pod beauty on Facebook. I decided to book the billion dollar brow treatment before booking up more expensive treatments

My app was at 7:15pm. I had been looking forward to this app (I have three kids - so getting out having some “me” time is a treat!)

As soon as I arrived the receptionist told me that they were unfortunately a therapist down and I would have wait.

After the conversation with a therapist they managed to do my app on time. I was offered an alternative app the following day - but for me having travelled 20 mins also having arranged childcare and my brothers wedding the following day was not possible.

However the therapist had already packed her bags for the day - i felt awkward. Also the therapist lift had arrived.

The therapist recommended that I changed the treatment from billion dollar brow to just a shape and tint. I wish the therapist who briefly did my tint test on Tuesday had a look at my brows and recommended what treatment I should opt for.

I started my treatment at 7:15 and was finished by 7:21 (looking at my receipt)

I’ve come away a little deflated and feeling it was rushed. Gutted. As I had such high expectations.

It was my first time at vanilla pod and I am very pleased with my nails, they look great. Anna did a great job and made me feel very welcome. I also love the decor the colours and furnishings are a great choice and looks very upmarket. I will definitely be going back again!

Went in today. Anna was very good. I’m very happy with my eyebrow shape, all the staff were polite and helped entertain my little girl while I was being treated

I have recently visited vanilla pod beauty to have dermal fillers in my lips. I have had filler previously with another practitioner which was over 12 months ago which had left my lips odd and one side with a lot of excess filler left and the other side with hardly any! Emma reassured me she would do her best to make me love my lips again! And that's exactly what has happened since my appointment straight away I can see the difference in shape and immediately prefer the way my lips look now (even when swollen) I would highly reccomend vanilla pod and I will definetely only be returning here for any future procedures!
