As always a lovely welcome to the salon. I appreciate how Emma takes time to check my hair and chat through how I’ve been managing since my last visit. Emma offers ideas and solutions before cutting and styling. She is so patient and kind. I’m thrilled with my new shorter bob and pleased to say there was full approval at home too! Thank you Emma

It's always a pleasure to come to L&W to have my haircut by Claire. Claire has been cutting my hair for years and I followed her when she came to L&W a few years ago! The salon is lovely, beautifully decorated, and the staff are all very friendly. Being able to park by the village green for free is also a big plus!

This was my first time for colour at the salon and Johnny took his time to discuss my hair type and possible options for colour. He was careful to apply the colour with care and was attentive through our. The result was a better colour and tone and the use of good quality products made the hair feel in good condition. Thank you Johnny .

I can’t speak highly enough of this salon! Stephen has cut & coloured my hair for a few years now and I have always been happy when I leave the salon. The prices are good and I have always been very satisfied with the service. A fabulous collection of talented stylists in a warm, welcoming, and non-pretentious environment. It’s always a pleasure getting my hair coloured with Stephen the entire staff is amazing and helpful. When it comes to hair. I highly recommend!

This was my visit to the salon and am now going to make this my regular salon. From the minute I walked to the time I left it was a place a relaxed experience. Johnny my stylist was a true professional giving advice as required and made me feel totally at home. He took time to understand my hair and did a great cut. He was attentive throughout and did not rush through. What was noticeable was that although the salon was busy it did not feel manic. Thank you Johnny.

The finish I was more than pleased with -Natalie took time to get my hair just right which I really appreciate as I know my hair isn’t easy to style.!

After listening to Johnny's advise on colouring my hair. We went for a gloss, and Stephen cut it, always taking on board my worries about having thin hair, and needing to still put in up in a pony when I'm at work. As expected they both listen, although I like leaving with a fab haircut, I really do not enjoy sitting I front of a mirror!
