Made appointment for my wife. All staff I spoke with on the phone were friendly & polite. Communication thereafter was very good via text. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her booking. We got to chat with Stephen & Dan & they were lovely & very welcoming. We got a hug & a photo with the boys to mark the occasion! Despite living 2 hours away from the salon, my wife is looking to book her next cut in a few weeks time. Being animal lovers, it was also lovely to meet their dogs! We look forward to going back

Johnny was fantastic from start to finish. I was a particularly nervous Client due to previous bad experiences with other salons. Johnny talked me through the whole thing, was so kind, caring and professional. Im over the moon with my hair, it’s never looked so beautiful. Well what can I say what a fabulous experience I have had this afternoon having my hair bleached, toned and coloured from natural grey to vibrant pink. Jonny is just the best his skills are amazing, he is so professional and talks you through each stage right through to the cutting. He has done the best cut and colour I have ever had. The salon is so relaxing and you are made to feel special. I throughly recommend it for any hair style and colour. I'm so excited I found this gem of a hair salon.
