And Natalie delivered, her service from the start was amazing, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and checked at every stage that I was happy. naturally fine and mousy hair. I always come out feeling good and my hair looks ten times better - bright and full of body - a miracle!

I could visit another local salon at a much cheaper price. Lustic & Webb are certainly not cheap!!
I have been a customer there for years. Being a 'pensioner' cost is a major consideration for me. Emma is the reason that I return so regularly. All the staff are friendly and attentive, but Emma is a diamond! Over the years we have developed a good relationship. I hate my hair, but she always listens to my moans and then tries to suggest helpful remedies. Emma is patient, kind and friendly and also has a great sense of humour. Just to make my visit even better, She's not a bad hairdresser either!!! She is brilliant!
