Went here today for the first time. Great staff, very friendly/ chilled and an overall great service with good results.
In addition the salon is on trend and well kept. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Jackie cut my hair exactly as I wanted, and spent a long time getting my fringe just so. Everyone was very friendly and chatty. Only thing I didn’t like was the second I walked out the door the heavens opened and really strong wind spoilt my blow dry! Just my luck

I've got very long, thick wavy hair which some hairdressers find a challenge. Stephen took his time and gave me a great cut which I'll be able to maintain. I came out with a very different look which I love x

Had an appointment booked and arrived early. Met and greeted by staff as soon as I arrived. Stephen came to let me know he was just finishing a client and would be with soon. I am so pleased with my hair and the way Stephen has styled it. Knew exactly what the problems were and what was needed. I have booked before leaving the salon to have my hair cut and coloured. Brilliant all round, and will be recommending the salon to friends and work collegues etc.

Been using Lustig & Webb for about 8 months now, always left happy with the hair cut, always consulted on how I want it cut, not like some salons that ignore you and give you the hair cut they want to give you!

So pleased with the result, it is perfect and the colour is better then I expected! Lovely friendly staff and a very relaxing experience!

I can only give full stars I everything! I’ve never had such careful attention and as much time taken by a hairdresser cutting and styling my hair more than Stephen...and the service is impeccable, I felt so welcome and cared for...had lovely drinks and perfect balance of chat and quiet.. a real treat of an experience and I’m delighted with my hair, it’s exactly what I want. Stephen really listened and understood what I wanted.. he made sure I left happy. Every last detail was taken care of and now I am a new woman!

Being fed up with Brighton hair dressers I thought I'd give a local salon a chance. I was delighted with my choice. On this occasion I just needed t-section of highlights and I'm so pleased with the results. Lovely creamy highlights giving a great natural finish - I've been having my hair highlighted for 20 years and this is one of the best. Great, friendly service with fantastic results. It's come with no surprise that I highly recommend Lustig and Webb

They have totally brought my hair back to life after years of home abuse by me! Stephen is wonderful with magic hands and a personality to match. Lovely atmosphere and made to feel comfortable from the moment you walk threw the door.

This is a fabulous salon. The guys and gals here all know exactly what they’re doing. Amy, who cuts my hair always does a brilliant job and always understands just what sort of style I’m after. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great service I walked in without an appointment as I was desperate Stephen dropped what he was doing and coloured and cut my hair there and then. Fab cut and lovely colour.

Stephen did a wonderful job with my mane. I have long, naturally very curly hair which takes real effort to tame into a sleek blow dry. I only wish I live closer as this would be my salon of choice. If I'm in town again I will re visit. Thank you Stephen.

Due to previous bad experiences,I was skeptical of my visit to L&W.They came recommended via my new neighbours. I must say they have not disappointed me on any account. The atmosphere was welcoming, friendly and classy. Daniel, one of the owners, is warm, friendly & an expert in hair colour . He gave me the right advise about what would suit me & did not push anything on to me when I was unsure, gave me time to mull over and discuss options. I did not feel rushed and at the same time I did not feel like I was being made to wait for a long while between treatments/processes. Everything was organised and there was no loud blaring music drowning all conversations and taking over the atmosphere. Just the right amount of balance between music, banter, chitchat and peace and quiet. I often like to unwind at a salon so it is important for me that the atmosphere is relaxed and not too noisy. Despite it being busy, I felt complete at ease and was about to doze off at one point. They serve some love drinks and they happen to have some scrumptious brownies today when I went for my appointment . I like to visit a place where people are warm and friendly and Lustig and Webb fit that bill. What I witnessed on the first visit was everyone who worked there took the time to talk and understand what a customer wanted. Even when they made a mixup in bookings, they managed it brilliantly without any drama and the client who was quite annoyed was smiling within 5 minutes. Daniel's partner, Stephen, is a warm and lovely man as well. I would highly recommend Lustig and Webb and they have definitely won me over. Like other salons they don't try to sell and push products on to you. I was advised about the array of products they have at the salon but there was no aggressive sales tactics. I will update if anything changes but I doubt that as it is owned by two lovely men who put customers first. Thank you Daniel for my experience today and my friends and partner have already commented on how beautiful my hair looks!

Daniel has been cutting and colouring my hair for years and always does an amazing job! Everyone in the salon is lovely and friendly and they serve amazing brownies and coffee. It's always a treat to see him and he always manages to make me feel and look better!

Been looking for a decent hairdresser ever since my usual stylist retired a few years ago and have most definitely found one! Steven took the time to listen to what I wanted and then gave me exactly that. Really, really pleased with my new, much improved, hair.
