Excellent, as always. They know me at reception so are always friendly. Hairdresser Lucy is chatty in a very personable way and always does my hair brilliantly. Products are lovely yet I've never been pushed to purchase them. Consistently pleasant atmosphere and good range of refreshments on offer too.

It's taken me years to find a decent hairdresser that cuts my hair just how I like it and I've finally found one! Nicky is amazing and I completely trust her opinion when it comes to the style of my hair. She has great advice for hair treatments and shampoos as well as having a good natter. She makes my quality time without baby very blissful and enjoyable. Having colouring done later in the week and I can't wait! The advice the colour technician gave me is perfect and I completely trust my hair with the guys working here! Brilliant!!

Really positive experience at Toni and guy in Horsham, really friendly and did exactly what I asked. Head massage with the hair wash was blissful. Will definitely be going back.

It's a great feat to make a 61 year old look and feel like a 51 year old(OK!OK! a 55 from afar).

What let's the Salon down is the basin area. Sinks and chair are uncomfortable and need of an update More training needed for the hair washing girls

From making the appointment to being greeted at the door, the girls at Toni & Guy Horsham are a team. Making the whole experience one I look forward to. Walking into the salon is like meeting up with friends, who really care and take an interest in you. The time spent in the salon flies past as every moment you are made to feel weloomed and pampered. I popped in to book an appointment and was offered one for there and then. I had Hayley and she was excellent and offered advice and tips without it feeling too much. My hair, I was extremely pleased with.

Today Rachel cut my hair once again.
Rachel always asks me politely how I want it this time - I mumble, she smiles and cuts it the way she wants to, which I am Rachel eternal grateful for.
The standard is always extremely high - today despite the heatwave it was even better! In fact it was so good that I booked my next appointment in only four weeks time, which is very rare for a middleaged man like me.

I had an appointment with Hayley as, Elliie, my usual stylist was away. Hayley was great - skilled, professional and interesting to talk with.

Everyone was as friendly and professional as always! Always a pleasure to visit the salon!

Very disappointed with my hair my usual hairdresser was away as I am going to a wedding I came for a wash and finish which was a waste of time and money. I have now got to redo it myself

So I haven't had my hair cut in 9 years due to awful hairdressers in the past and I was extremely nervous entering the shop and had a mini cry before I went inside.

However, once inside I met my stylist Nikki and I immediately felt at ease. She listened to everything I had to say and reassured me through every strand of hair that was trimmed off that it was only the slightest bit and it would do wonders for my hair.

2 days later and I cannot tell a difference in my hair length but my hair condition has drastically improved!

I would recommend Nikki and the Toni and Guy team in Horsham to everyone!

I've been going to Toni & Guy Horsham for around 18 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Since Emma and her team have arrived, it's been the best it's ever been...you feel like you're visiting your friends with the benefit of going home looking better than when you arrived!

I've been going to Toni and Guy in Horsham for more years than I care to remember, The reason for my continuing loyalty is simply because of the amazing service that I get there. Claire, the super hard-working and brilliant colour technician listens to exactly what I want and has never failed to deliver. She knows when to chat, and like any professional, she also knows when to be quiet!!! Nikki cuts my hair perfectly, and really understands what I want, which can vary from visit to visit. Stacey on the front desk always greets with a smile and my name, a personal touch which is always appreciated and makes one feel extra special. Well done to all of the great staff in Horsham!!!

Welcoming salon, very professional, loved the products and the cut and blow dry I received, didn't feel rushed and felt like it was important to them that I was happy with the cut I was getting all the way through.
