I love my new hair! Hannah did exactly what I asked for re colour, she recommended treatments and after care to prolong that new shine. Lucy did wonderful job cutting and stylinig my hair and I left feeling like million dollars. Can't wait to do it all again.

I had Hayley cut my hair...and she was beyond lovely! I hate getting my haircut and she made it such a positive experience. Can't stop recommending her!!

The actual salon is well furbished and always clean . The staff are helpful even when Emma is not there . The reception staff are especially good. Have been going for 5 years which is a miracle for me as I am particularly fussy. Emma is the best hairdresser I have ever had . Not only can she cut hair but she has an excellent manner . She is kind empathic ,friendly but also professional . Perfect .

Staff were very friendly and gave me some great advice as to what I wanted. They were attentive and managed to fit in enough time to sort out my hair that needed more doing to it than originally thought. The end result is amazing and I love it!

Came into salon with the off chance of getting booked in for a cut later that but luckily for me the salon had client that didn't show up for their appointment so I was fitted in and Chloe the stylist listened to what I wanted and did an amazing cut! That suits me. Rachel is a Master. She knows how to frame my face, and she doesn't 'chirp' singsong rubbish at me. As a person who prefers *New Scientist* to *Vogue*, I'm being entirely honest when I say that Rachel is the only hairdresser I've ever actually LOOKED FORWARD to seeing -- in 55 years. I've always dreaded the hairdresser.

The rest of the staff are equally welcoming, friendly & professional.

Been coming to Toni & Guy Horsham & Rachel for years, she is always excellent but today Danni who did wash was brilliant too, fab head massage best I've ever had, so have tips to both, often the juniors get overlooked
