Haven't long lived in the area, so have been to you guys around 3 times now. I am very pleased with the results everytime! And I always manage to get an appointment next day which is great for me as I'm so unorganised!

This is such a lovely salon and I have been going for years! Really good cutting and colouring with very special friendly staff.

I had the same girl washing my hair this time (for hair dye this time) and had the same experience of water in my ears and down my neck and a bit of a rubbish massage - which is a shame because for most of my other visits, usually, having my hair washed has been a treat

Everyone in the salon goes out of their way to ensure you have the best possible experience at the salon. Today my stylist squeezed in a blow dry for me after my colour when I wasn't even booked in with her. The staff are always very professional but also now such good friends. Always look forward to my next apt.

I have never had my hair dyed before, so I was not really sure what I wanted. Luckily the staff were really helpful and Laura gave me a long and detailed consultation and we decided on a cut, Olaplex and balyage.

I had a patch test and reacted to it, so after a second patch test we moved forward with an appointment.

I had an Olaplex treatment, wet cut and blowdry with Chloe, which was lovely. My hair felt so strong and silky afterwards. Then after deciding the route to go with the colour, Laura did the colour. And it is gorgeous and I am in love ! It was blow dried afterwards by someone else who was lovely (unfortunately I have forgotten their name ) and it just looks better than I could imagine ! I keep staring at my new hair in every mirror I go past. I will definitely be back !

I started going to Tony and Guy at Horsham about a year ago, and have never looked back. They work so hard to get my hair right for me, I'd always recommend them.

It is always an uplifting experience whether just a cut & blow dry or highlights. I feel special & treated with respect. I can relax knowing my hair is in good hands.

We travel several miles for hair appointments because this salon is the best?

Lovely, polite, friendly staff, as always. Excellent products and salon layout. Efficient and professional hairdressers. The only downside is that offers are not available as they are at other salons, such as 50% colour sales etc.

My sister and I used to visit another Toni and Guy branch but they would struggle to get us booked in at the same time. We decided to try the Horsham branch- leagues better! Lovely team, skilled, friendly and over the many years we have been visiting we have never had a bad experience.
