Lovely atmosphere, young lady chloe listened to what I wanted, what I was unhappy with in my current hairstyle, gave good advice and I was very happy with the result.

I always leave the Horsham Salon feeling relaxed and chilled, plus a good haircut and colour. All the staff are really friendly and there is a lovely atmosphere.

Excellent colour by the brilliant Claire and today a great blow dry by one of the stylists. Thank you Horsham Toni and guy. I don’t always get a stylist for my blow dry and it makes a big difference to my experience. When you’re paying a lot of money for a colour you want to leave the salon feeling fabulous and today I did!

Brilliant as usual

My appointment was at 3pm on a Saturday so slap bang of a busy period for the Horsham store with barely a free seat. However, was seen on time and no delays. Before I had my daughter I didn't appreciate the salon experience as 'me time'. Today I nearly fell asleep having hair washed and head messaged I was so chilled despite it being so busy. All staff are so friendly and the service is so personal. Have already booked my next two appointments.

The staff are all very professional and friendly and the owner, Emma is clearly an excellent manager and also a very skilled hairdresser. Scotty is a wonderful colourist and a very caring hairdresser. I love this salon.
