My hair was in a terrible state thanks to home dying going horribly wrong! It had a terrible ginger tinge and badly needed cutting. Federica worked her magic and walked out feeling a million dollars! Never again will I attempt to colour my own hair!

Lavinia listens to my concerns and is an excellent stylist. She makes my hair look neat and sassy. Fab. and she’s really nice.

Walked in by off chance and was served straightaway by very friendly receptionist. She said their senior stylist Lavinia could fit me in and she gave me lovely treatment: shampoo/conditioner massage, excellent cut and special wavy blow dry plus complimentary goody bag on the way out!

Rachael was lovely with my daughter and she’s delighted with the results. We had a nice chat too. Thoroughly recommend ?

First time to Pruners and stylist Jade. I must say very impressed with the salon and Jade. I had a full head of highlights and cut /blow dry and just love it .. the cost was fair too. Jade was very professional but friendly and I would whole heartedly recommend. Jade listened to what I wanted and executed the colour and cut without exception and I know I’ve found my new stylist & salon.. thank you Jade and the ladies of Pruners!

It was my first time at Pruners and I will definitely be going back again. Feri is lovely, the colour is subtle and fabulous with exactly the colours I wanted and the cut is really flattering, my hair looks better than it has in years and I’m really pleased.

Luke is great as listens and advises accordingly. Always feel you are in safe hands! Would have no hesitation in recommending him or the salon!

Excellent service, as always and very accommodating to needs. Lovely treatment and my skin was glowing after my facial. For me I would have preferred more half and half, so half my time on the massage and half on the facial, but that’s just personal preference. I loved the add-ons. Also a bolster cushion under the legs would be good as an hour is a long time on your back and perhaps a heated blanket on the bed. One final thing a little foot stool to help us height challenged people get on and off the bed!

I received a bespoke facial with Rachael today. It was very relaxing … my skin feels refreshed and smooth, gentle music played to add to the ambience in the treatment room.

I can’t recommend Jade highly enough - she knows exactly what I want and is always on hand to give hair advice and styling tips. She has great knowledge and has managed my hair back to full health after many pre Pruners hair disasters.
