What a fantastic experience I had at pruners yesterday. My hair was a complete disaster after bleaching amd then dyeing it at home. Like has made my hair look great again can't wait to come back for my next appointment

Always a great experience. I have thick, coarse hair and Lavinia makes it look sleek. Such a good cut that I can manage but it never looks as nice when I do it myself, I think most people say the same ?

Pruners is always one step ahead, with the latest styles, hair colour products and quality customer service. I get alot of compliments on the condition of my hair, despite being in my 50s.

Frederica is a brilliant stylist who makes me feel welcome and appreciated. Nothing is too much trouble making sure that my colour and cut are as I want.

Been to Pruners before and had a very good experience but not this time. After dutifully filling in the pre-consultation forms and leaving my contact details, the consultant didn’t bother to read it! I had a wasted journey and time. Going elsewhere

Emily always does a fantastic job of colouring and cutting my hair. She has loads of ideas, helpful tips and styling advice which is always appreciated. She is not only a brilliant stylist, she is also really kind, compassionate and has wonderful interpersonal skills. She always makes my hair look amazing and I leave the salon having had a great experience. Thanks Emily for all that you and the whole team do and for the way that you genuinely care about giving your customers the best cut, colour and overall experience.

Experience a back neck and shoulder massage from Lucy and it was delightful. The pressure was perfect, the room was warm, clean and smelt amazing and the treatment excellent. Highly recommend and I must do more often. Thank you Pruners

From the moment you walk through the door you know you are in safe hands. Personally, I am happy to wear a mask and use the hand sanitizer in fact I welcome it. Jane took time to ensure my satisfaction with my haircut. I felt pampered. Oh and the coffee was great to !

Lavinia has seen me want long hair, short hair, layers and colour and every time I want to try a new look she does an amazing cut. My friends all remembered and loved the very first style Lavinia did for me and loved it, so I went with that again. Nearly 20 years later and it looks fantastic. Thanks Lavinia

Lovely relaxing atmosphere.

I love having my hair done by Jade, which is why I have been coming to her for nearly 6 years! She always listens to what I want from my cut and styles my hair beautifully. This time we added some colour, which looks fantastic and was exactly what I wanted. I always find it very relaxing to come to the salon to have my hair done and feel very welcome as all the staff are so lovely.

This was my first visit to Pruners Hair & Beauty. I felt welcome, comfortable and in good hands from the moment I walked in. Federica was excellent and professional. I would highly recommend this hair salon. I will definitely go back.

Lavinia was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable after I hadn’t had my hair cut for nearly 3 years after a bad experience at another salon. I am so happy with the result and can’t wait to come back next time.

Lovely treatment as always.

I always look forward to my visit to see Emily to get my hair done. It was highlights day today as well as a cut. My colour is looking good & my hair cut has tidied me up again! I've been going to Pruners for over 20 years now so that in itself shows how good it is.

After going to Pruners for almost 30 years I have never been disappointed. The receptionist is always cheerful and Penny my stylist is lovely and very professional.

Good relaxing experience. Penny is very thorough and skilled with dealing with my hair. Always like the outcome and feel good leaving the salon. Like the products she uses.

I’m always thrilled with the results when I leave. And I love our chats !! It really is the whole experience in a lovely environment with very friendly staff and you can switch off and truly relax.

Luke was recommended by a friend and had my first haircut by him today.
