What a fantastic experience I had at pruners yesterday. My hair was a complete disaster after bleaching amd then dyeing it at home. Like has made my hair look great again can't wait to come back for my next appointment

Always a great experience. I have thick, coarse hair and Lavinia makes it look sleek. Such a good cut that I can manage but it never looks as nice when I do it myself, I think most people say the same ?

Been to Pruners before and had a very good experience but not this time. After dutifully filling in the pre-consultation forms and leaving my contact details, the consultant didn’t bother to read it! I had a wasted journey and time. Going elsewhere
We apologise that we missed the form on this occasion and we were unable to colour your hair this time. We take our pre-colour checks very seriously and this was a complete oversite.
Thanks again for providing a fantastic experience,, love my colour and cut, definitely the best salon in the area.

Emily always does a fantastic job of colouring and cutting my hair. She has loads of ideas, helpful tips and styling advice which is always appreciated. She is not only a brilliant stylist, she is also really kind, compassionate and has wonderful interpersonal skills. Experience a back neck and shoulder massage from Lucy and it was delightful. The pressure was perfect, the room was warm, clean and smelt amazing and the treatment excellent. Highly recommend and I must do more often. Thank you Pruners
