I am so happy with my new haircut, style and colour. Fifi is an amazing hairdresser and I can’t thank her enough for making my hair look fabulous today. Such a caring and talented person. Fifi also did my daughters hair recently, my daughter is autistic and normally will not let anyone near her hair but Fifi was brilliant with her making it such a great experience for her. Lovely salon, always great service .

Friendly service

Firstly all COVID signage and preparation was clear and distancing between customers strategically planned.
Went for a colour with Lloyd who is always professional with his advice and experience in blending my colour. Followed with a cut by Sissi - first time. As a new customer she studied my type of hair, Listened to my requests and then put some ideas and options to me, She definitely oozed knowledge and I had full confidence in her final decision. Great haircut - then she showed me to two versions this hairstyle could be styled - one curly, one straight and physically carried them out on me. Blown away by her approach and manner. Would recommend her with 5 stars. Haven’t had this rapport with my hairdresser in years. Well done Sissi !!👍

Met Grace today. Charming young lady. Very pleased with highlights and cut and blow dry. Particularly like that Grace did the highlights/wash (great head massage) and the cut and blow dry also. Will certainly return to this salon.

It was my first time visiting the salon and I was made to feel welcome. Katie did an amazing job of my hair, I love it and will be booking soon for a colour.

Having lived in London and had the same hairdresser for a long time, I was slightly nervous about using a local salon. I have now been to Essensuals in Haywards Heath five times and have loved each cut and colour that I have had there. The stylist and colourist have changed a few times but all have been fabulous.

I was especially pleased with my hair for the BAFTA’s awards ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall earlier in 2020 (a lifetime ago).

In this pandemic stricken world, they have taken plenty of precautions and I was especially impressed with the digital magazines on offer last week - that was fun.

I would highly recommend this salon.

I had my hair cut with Sissi and found her to be friendly, professional and she paid great attention to detail! One of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had!

I booked very last minute and had my hair washed, cut and styled by Katie who I’ve seen grow and develop at the salon over the past 5 years. She questioned and listened attentively to what I wanted. She advised and explained clearly. I left feeling very happy, very pampered and very safe. Thank you!

First time using this hairdressers, I will be definitely going back. I'm so pleased with my hair cut, and grace who cut my hair was lovely.

Katie is great. A brief discussion as she knows my hair, and can offer the best advice, and job done. I've tried other stylists and salons in the area, these are the best. It's that simple.
As far as safety goes they're doing everything they can and I feel completely confident and comfortable with the salon.
