So delighted with my new short haircut. Took a lot of courage for me to have my locks cut off. Lauren worked hard to accommodate my wishes. Hubby loved it too. Thank you Lauren.

Blown away by the advice and my new short haircut and hilights. Was a little nervous having such a short haircut but Lauren advised she could cut my hair in gradual steps which was helpful.

Lauren did a fabulous wash and blow dry today. My hair looks amazing.

I am new to the area and was with my previous hairdressers for over 30 years so I was apprehensive about a new hairdressers. However, I am delighted with my choice of salon and stylist. Amelia was friendly, considerate and very professional. I have already booked my next appointment. Thank you.

Always a wonderful experience, relaxing and pampered. But more importantly Olivia always listens to what you want. I was always nervous about a cut due to a previous bad experience but so confident in her skills that I’m more relaxed now. Have been going for over a year and do t plan on changing anytime soon!!!! Highly recommend.

Amelia did an amazing job to give me an inverted bob. Really pleased with it and the hair falls nicely in shape.

I've recently visited the billingshurst salon twice. I've had an operation and needed help washing and braiding my hair. Amelia was so kind and helpful. She last minute squeezed me into her schedule, was so thoughtful checking I was okay as she did my hair. I really appreciate the amazing service, I felt very comfortable dispite being only two days post op and she's brilliant at what she does. Thank you, thank you !

Briony washed my hair and gave me the most incredible head massage she was superb. Then Lloyd cut my hair paying great attention to how he cut it and layered it and then finished it off. I am so delighted with it as was my husband

Jane was excellent. Listened to my concerns and wishes when deciding in a dramatic haircut after years with long hair. She was extremely attentive and methodical resulting in a lovely sassy style I’m very pleased with.

Chris coloured my hair and I was very pleased with the result. Chris is always polite and has time for his clients.

First change of salon/stylist in over four years. Such a wonderful welcome and a beautiful salon. Chris discussed what I was hoping to achieve and his process was amazing!! Friendly and informative and his attention to detail and your hospitality was worth five times what I paid. My second appointment is pre booked and Chris has advised that of need any tweaks then to let him know. Today was the experience I have been lacking and the result was absolutely incredibly.

It’s always lovely to see Lauren, Brooke is autistic and over the years it has been hard for Brooke to want to go in a salon.
But with Lauren’s relaxed approach, it’s a different story now.Brooke who would never have a hair washed in a salon…. Now since Lauren has been doing it said she loves having her hair washed. Also the cut is always good, & Brooke loves Lauren to do plaits. Brooke & her nana would highly recommend Lauren 😃

I love coming to the Academy, my experience is always relaxing, restful and enjoyable! Grace and Daisy were both friendly, gentle and kind. Jane was lovely, as always.
