I am so pleased with my new haircut. Amelia is so friendly and kind. Easy to talk to and she listens and also cares as she styles my hair. She gave me a lovely head massage after my hair wash which was so relaxing. Great coffee and biscuits. Also good advice when asked about styling and products and helpful guidance. See you next time.
Hannah is amazing!! I trust her completely with my hair and I have only recently started visiting the salon as I was new to the area. She also cuts my boys hair so patiently and gently which is very appreciated!!

To be honest hairdressers can be quite daunting places if you don’t know anyone there, but cocos made me so welcome, I have mobility issues at present and that was not an issue for them, helping me from sink to chair, Joe was such a lovely man, so friendly and kind, I honestly had the best experience. 2 gorgeous hot chocolates with biscuits, and even my daughter got one as she was waiting with me, really made my day infact highlight of the week coming, can’t wait to return next week, icing on the cake was the goodie bag with samples and discounts in given to me as I left, thank you and well done to the team at cocos in southwater

Chris always takes the time to listen to what I am expecting from my salon visit.I have yet again completely changed my hair colour and cut .He always talks through the process and what it will involve .If what I’m asking has not been quite achievable in the first visit he has always come up with great solutions to the problems so we can achieve what I’m asking for which is great . I will be very honest I am a very fussy customer and have tried most salons in Horsham over the years .I have come away from my visit very satisfied and happy with what he achieved.Look forward to me next appointment.I would definitely recommend Chris

Friendly & polite Joe part of a very professional team, does amazing head massage during wash, explaining the three wash stages, listened to/took time to do what I wanted my fringe to look like.
Value - only an observation and NOT reflective of Joe's work at all. The Wet Hair cost is the highest I've ever paid. Now retired it would be nice if there were prices for older persons. Sadly, not all retirees have large pensions.
Chris took the time to listen to me, discussed and explained what he thought would be good for my hair type. I'm delighted with the end result.

Wow what a transformation….. from a crazy frizzy mop to a rich autumn luxurious blend of colour that feels soft silky. I love it…. Gone back to enhancing my natural colour. ❤️❤️❤️
