Grace is an asset to Cocos’s, she is a very friendly nice young lady and she makes you feel very welcome and I am really happy with how she did my hair today.

Daisy had a great experience and loved having her hair cut and styled. Amelia asked Daisy lots of questions, which made Daisy feel at ease. She can’t wait to come back.

Friendly & polite Joe part of a very professional team, does amazing head massage during wash, explaining the three wash stages, listened to/took time to do what I wanted my fringe to look like.
Value - only an observation and NOT reflective of Joe's work at all. The Wet Hair cost is the highest I've ever paid. Now retired it would be nice if there were prices for older persons. Sadly, not all retirees have large pensions.

Chris took the time to listen to me, discussed and explained what he thought would be good for my hair type. I'm delighted with the end result.

Wow what a transformation….. from a crazy frizzy mop to a rich autumn luxurious blend of colour that feels soft silky. I love it…. Gone back to enhancing my natural colour. ❤️❤️❤️

Joe has cut my hair several times now. He listens to what I ask for and doesn’t seem put out if I ask him to alter the cut.
Joe is always a very friendly stylist and suggests options of products that might help my hair!

I am a regular here, all the staff are lovely, so friendly but also all great at their jobs. This time was a colour with the new Moroccan oil colours and they're fab, so happy and my hair feels great! Chris is great at cutting my hair too.

What an amazing experience! - relaxing wash & shampoo, using fabulous products; hair cut was brilliant (Olivia listened to what I wanted & talked me through what she was doing every step of the way) & made suggestions with regards to colour-options on my next visit. Added to that a great cup of coffee in an historic salon setting...what's not to like?! A happy customer.
