Everyone is absolutely lovely and I had a wonderful experience. Lukasz did my color and my cut and I am absolutely blown away with how gorgeous my hair looks! I actually like my hair again for the first time in years. And not only did he do a wonderful job, but he took the time to answer my questions and educate me on the products to use in my hair and how to properly care for it. It was my first time at Francesco Wolverhampton and it’s been years since visiting a hairdresser. Having afro hair, it’s very difficult to find a salon that can cater for my hair type so I was nervous about trying a new hairdresser. I have to say, as soon as I walked in, Sophie put me at ease and took the time to talk and ask questions about my hair before she went to work. I left the salon with my hair feeling nurtured and healthy. Sophie listened to me and really looked after me throughout my visit. She’s knowledgeable and recommended some good products.
