It’s been a long time since I had an appointment at Wolverhampton, but I was so glad I did. Charlene was super friendly, welcoming, and really kind. She really put me at ease. I left feeling totally pampered and was l looking forward to my next appointment before I even walked out the door. My daughter had an appointment the following day and loved her experience too!

I always feel at home when I am at Francesco Wolverhampton. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, always happy to offer helpful advice too.
As a mixed race woman with challenging mixed wavy/curly hair, it's always a struggle to find a hair stylist that understands what my hair needs and how to treat it. Charlene has been incredible at helping me to repair my damaged hair over the years, and helping me to understand how to better care for it too.
I've been coming to this salon for almost 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had 2 stylist's but could only choose 1 from the list, my other stylist was the lovely Lukasz ❤️he did my colour & the lovely Leanne❤️ she did my cut, both of them did an amazing job on my haircut & colour hand's down I love it, ive had quite a few compliments ? ? ❤️.I'm already booked in for Xmas woop woop..

I got highlights in my curly hair I love the colour and they have made my hair look even better with more dimension the condition of my hair is so soft and shiny! Charlene also advises me about what products to use and my hairs condition has improved dramatically.

I was so pleased with the overall cut, colour and finish of my hair, I can honestly say I felt like a million dollars today when leaving the salon today!
