I would have put Helen D on the stylist/therapist name section but only allowed choose 1, i had both Kelen D who did my colour & Leanne always does my cut, I am over the moon beyond word's love my colour listened to what I wanted & they achieved it hands down. Everyone is absolutely lovely and I had a wonderful experience. Lukasz did my color and my cut and I am absolutely blown away with how gorgeous my hair looks! I actually like my hair again for the first time in years. And not only did he do a wonderful job, but he took the time to answer my questions and educate me on the products to use in my hair and how to properly care for it. Can't wait to go again, so glad to have found this place! Highly recommend!

It was my first time at Francesco Wolverhampton and it’s been years since visiting a hairdresser. Having afro hair, it’s very difficult to find a salon that can cater for my hair type so I was nervous about trying a new hairdresser. I have to say, as soon as I walked in, Sophie put me at ease and took the time to talk and ask questions about my hair before she went to work. I left the salon with my hair feeling nurtured and healthy. Sophie listened to me and really looked after me throughout my visit. She’s knowledgeable and recommended some good products. My usual stylist was ill and Leanne cut my hair instead. She was great. She listened to my dislikes and likes and did a fab job in following my usual stylist's cut - She was spot on. I have wavy hair which can be tricky.
