Helen was fantastic as always, she really knows how to put a client as ease. I went in with so many negative feelings about my hair as a hairdresser from outside the Francesco group had put uneven steps in my hair, but Helen knew exactly how to put it right. Her hairdressing knowledge saved my hair today and she was lovely and reassuring too.
Helen also advised how I best maintain my hair going forward and even booked me in for future appointments to make sure I had a Saturday slot which I found really helpful too. She went above and beyond for me to help make me feel better and I’m confident now that my hair will look lovely for my wedding in the summer

I visited the salon today in town after previous having some trouble with other salons in Wolverhampton, I was greeted when I walked in and was treated fairly and welcoming. Brought my 14yo for the first time today. Was looking for a taper look, showed a pic. Unfortunately, the cut was uneven, patchy and not blended well.
Our stylist checked throughout if the cut was going okay. My son appeared okay whilst sat in chair looking through the mirror. Only when we left could we see it wasn't a clean cut. We decided not to head back as we didn't have time to.

I came in with quite messy and dry hair and Charlene had great advice for what to try differently now that what I used to do doesn’t work as well on my hair anymore.
She not only transformed my hair but she suggested a cut style that I’m quite enjoying and aftercare suggestions for when I’m travelling.
