Holly is very patient to understand my needs as it is my first time have my hair cut in the UK and change stylist after almost 20 years.

Her advice fits me and did her best to make me satisfied with the styling with a smile.

Staff are really friendly & helpful. I popped in a week before my appointment & spoke to a guy who was on reception desk. He was really helpful and gave me some advise on my hair as i was getting frustrated with it. The lady who also done my hair was really nice and also gave me some tips for my hair. Loved my haircut and would definitely go back ?

I was over the moon with my stylist Holly . So hard to find a person you can trust with your hair. I will definitly be coming back and having Holly again.

In desperation after home colour disaster, asked for colour advice and got it , very helpful . Grateful for short notice trim which helped with still dark ends! Thank you for saving my diminshing sanity girls.

Ryan cut and blow dried my hair. Very pleased with the finish. Cut just the right length and got blunt ends just as I like it.

I have always had the utmost faith in Sam to give advice and suggestions. I have over the years been complimented many times on the colour and cut of my hair, often by strangers. Sam knows exactly what suits me and how to work with my kind of hair. Other staff at the salon are always friendly and obliging too.

I had a great experience having a cut and blow dry with Sam, she took so much care cutting my hair to get it how I liked and checked I was happy before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

Sam has consistently helped me to soften the colour of my hair and introduce beautiful shades to blend together in a natural look...her work is always so subtle and I am always pleased with the results.

Holly cut both my daughters & my hair in the same week my daughter came home and said how lovely her stylist was and how much time she had taken to listen to how she wanted her hair. I also recieved the same level of service from Holly. She is so lovely & polite a great addition to the UBU team!

First time I went to this salon today, the staff are lovely and soooooooooo happy with the end result hair feels and looks lovely definitely going back ?

Came to UBU for the first time last week. Kirsty cut my hair exactly how I have asked the last 3 hairdressers (in different salons) and yet she is the only one that cut it and styled it to perfection! So handy as I live locally. Managed to be in and out within an hour so could park directly outside on the high street. So pleased that I booked my next appointment before I left. Kirsty was warm and chatty without being too much. My hair has never looked better! Even the receptionist complimented my greying hair as I paid. Really pleased with the whole experience. ☆☆☆☆☆

I have been going to UBU for nearly 20years and it’s the the only place I go to for my hair things especially now when I have several allergies.
Everyone is so friendly and accommodating.
I have been seeing NIkki for all that time, she is amazing and the only person I trust. She’s an artist. She’s passionate about making people look and feel their best. I 500% recommend, you will never not leave happy with your new look.

Fantastic hairdressers with lovely, friendly staff who all know who you are. I have been going to Kirsty now for a couple of years. She is my forever hairdresser. Absolutely fantastic, takes her time to make sure you get what you want and I always leave there happy.
