I’ve been going to Nicki for years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The whole team is always so welcoming and friendly, creating a lovely atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Nicki always does an amazing job, and I leave the salon feeling fantastic every time. Highly recommend this salon for both the excellent service and the warm, professional staff!

Went in for my usual cut and blow dry today with Nicola. All staff very friendly from the junior washing my hair and providing a cuppa to all stylists. Nicola, as usual made a fantastic job styling my hair and was full of friendly chat. The salon itself has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and prices are reasonable.

Love my cut and result however I'm confused on the price. I had a cut and style which with top style on the website says £49 but I was charged £55. I did question this at the time but was told it's £55 for a restyle, this is no where on the price list and made me feel uncomfortable. I am happy to pay for the service but there should be transparency around cost.

Soo… my appointment was made for the next day with Kelsey and I’d asked that she advise and talk through with me before starting. She took time to chat with me and ask for my wants, needs and hair habits before sharing her professional thoughts and ideas. These were explained thoroughly and I took them on wholly putting my head in her hands.
I’m absolutely delighted with the result! I dare say, I shan’t be able to replicate the finish but I’m happy that the lovely cut will help carry me through until my next visit. And I shall be back! Thank you Kelsey and UBU.

I’m so happy with my hair cut and the colours she recommended. I’ve had lots of compliments on my hair today, thank you Penny. The other staff were very friendly too which gave the salon a nice atmosphere to be in. Will definitely be booking again.

I have very thick & long hair, so whenever I have my hair styled in a salon, it never lasts more than an hour, especially when it’s curled. Honestly the best salon experience I’ve ever had; Penny did my balayage and she was so thorough and attentive throughout the entire process, kept me in the loop, and the results are actually amazing - so so happy. Holly did my cut and blow dry and it came out so well, I’m really happy. All the staff are absolutely amazing and so sweet, definitely my go to salon now!! X
