I had Kirsty for my hair and she was great, i love my hair so much and i couldn’t of asked for any better

It was my second time and I am happy each time . The service the atmosphere everything is excellent.

I have had my hair done by Kirsty for many years and always found her friendly, professional, knowledgable and skilled. She offers advice when needed and accommodates my quirks and preferences. Colour and cutting are both excellent.

Really impressed with the overall experience at the salon. It was my first time going to UBU and was lucky to have my hair done by the lovely Penny.

Penny was so friendly, chatty and did an amazing job on my hair! Will 100% be returning.

Went in for my usual cut and blow dry today with Nicola. All staff very friendly from the junior washing my hair and providing a cuppa to all stylists. Nicola, as usual made a fantastic job styling my hair and was full of friendly chat. The salon itself has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and prices are reasonable.

Holly takes so much care, is so thorough and gentle! Shes a blast to sit with for hours at a time, is so friendly and just so great. I always leave feeling confident and feeling like a new woman! Appreciate holly so much!

Love my cut and result however I'm confused on the price. I had a cut and style which with top style on the website says £49 but I was charged £55. I did question this at the time but was told it's £55 for a restyle, this is no where on the price list and made me feel uncomfortable. I am happy to pay for the service but there should be transparency around cost.

Soo… my appointment was made for the next day with Kelsey and I’d asked that she advise and talk through with me before starting. She took time to chat with me and ask for my wants, needs and hair habits before sharing her professional thoughts and ideas. These were explained thoroughly and I took them on wholly putting my head in her hands.
I’m absolutely delighted with the result! I dare say, I shan’t be able to replicate the finish but I’m happy that the lovely cut will help carry me through until my next visit. And I shall be back! Thank you Kelsey and UBU.

First time visiting the salon today and I am so pleased that I went. I had a great experience with the lovely Penny. She was so friendly and understood exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy with my hair cut and the colours she recommended. I’ve had lots of compliments on my hair today, thank you Penny. The other staff were very friendly too which gave the salon a nice atmosphere to be in. Will definitely be booking again.

I have very thick & long hair, so whenever I have my hair styled in a salon, it never lasts more than an hour, especially when it’s curled. Honestly the best salon experience I’ve ever had; Penny did my balayage and she was so thorough and attentive throughout the entire process, kept me in the loop, and the results are actually amazing - so so happy. Holly did my cut and blow dry and it came out so well, I’m really happy. All the staff are absolutely amazing and so sweet, definitely my go to salon now!! X

In a dilemma, forgotten to book appointment 🙄 gave mid afternoon call to enquire on availability of an appointment. Great news, appointment at time requested. Easy parking outside, smiling friendly staff on entering salon. Quick chat about styling required and off to the chair. Stylist made conversation and made a nervous granddaughter feel very much at ease. Well presented salon, good products, very clean. Great hair cut, happy customer 👍
