UBU Hair

I went back to an old salon I used to go to many years ago and hoped I would get the same great experience as I used to and I wasn't disappointed. My colour was spot on, my stylist was great and service was fab. I'll be back ASAP!

My daughter had a cut and treatment with Holly at UBU. It was a wonderful service, Holly really engaged with my daughter about her decisions and gave a her a fabulous cut

First time at UBU couldn’t fault it. Sam cut my hair and I was really pleased with the way she cut and styled it and with the all round service provided. I have recommended Sam to my 2 sister and will definitely be back.

Really pleased with my cut and blow dry at UBU.. Tessa cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, was very friendly and gave me tips on how to keep my hair in style. Would recommend this salon to anyone.

I am always greeted with a smile which makes me feel welcome when I arrive.
I was complimented on my hair by my neighbour when I got home which I take to be a good sign of a great cut.

This was my first time at UBU and I'm incredibly happy with the service. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy and I was sent a text reminder and email confirming my appointment. I was booked in with Holly, who was absolutely lovely and put me at ease straight away. After discussing what I wanted, I was taken to have my hair washed and a hair mask applied. When my hair was ready Holly got to work on cutting my long and damaged home bleached hair into a short bob. She made sure I was happy with the process all the way through and I felt well looked after. Holly has done an amazing job, and I'm over the moon with the style and how healthy my hair looks. I will definitely be going back in the future.

It was my first time having my hair dyed and she made me comfortable & I felt like I was in confident, capable hands. She did an absolutely fantastic job, I love my new hair!

Penny was very friendly and equally attentive. My 11 year old was very well looked after and left the salon an extremely, happy girl.
UBU have always given my girls the same attention they give to the adults, and this is why it was my 11 year olds first choice when she needed a hair cut.
Penny is extremely professional and Anna-Arissa's hair was given a lot of time, and it looks amazing.

So ive been to UBU on and off for years and have never had a hair cut ive not liked! I go to Penny now and travel from Tamworth. She is amazing. I always show her what I want done..she advises on the up keep so I know hiw to style it. She listens to me and is by no means scissor happy with the length. I arrived 30mins early due to quiet roads today and Reception sat me down with a coffee and I felt totally relaxed and the staff included me in their chat whilst I was waiting. What genuine lovely staff and super hair cuts on my long hair...Thankyou to Penny ..you are a star! Xx

This was my visit based on a recommendation and it was the best experience. Sam was so friendly and professional. She made me feel so comfortable and more importantly I was so happy with my hair cut.

Sam is such an asset to UBU! She cut and styled my hair *exactly* how I wanted it. She is warm, friendly and a perfectionist. I had a bad experience with a different hair dresser that left my hair in quite a state and she took the time and effort to make it perfect again. I booked my Christmas appointment with her before I left the salon. So pleased with UBU's service and Sam in particular. Can't recommend Sam highly enough.

One of the most caring and kind hairdressers I have ever had. We’ve moved away from Sutton Coldfield but had to come for a cut because she knows exactly what to do. I’ve not been very well but she makes you feel better and cuts my hair just how I wanted it-totally recommend!

I’m pretty new to having my hair coloured so I was nervous but instantly Holly put me at ease, she asked just the right questions to achieve my desired look and oh my life I’m so happy. A natural brunette honey balayage, I’m in love with it. Holly you are amazing thank you.

The other hairdressers are also so friendly and welcoming, I feel really at home here and can’t wait for my next visit. Every customer walking out of here looks like a million dollars. Incredible salon, I highly recommend!

I’ve had years of not loving my hair, having lost my confidence and not knowing what to do with my fine, lacklustre locks.
This was my first visit to UBU. It was busy but not overly noisy, staff were friendly without being gushing or false.
Sam is great, she gave advice, listened to my concerns and helped me believe that I can love my hair again. She cut my hair in a way that gave it more volume and showed me it can look good.
I actually look forward to coming back again, I never thought I’d say that so Thankyou!!

My first time at UBU I was quite anxious but the staff were welcoming , Ryan my stylist was knowledgeable about what colour I needed and was conscious that I was a bit nervous . Very pleased with colour and cut and so was family and work colleagues the next day.Have made a further appointment and would highly recommend Ryan and the salin.
