UBU Hair

I haven't been in for five weeks as I'll health, but seen Sam today and wow, wash and blowdry and I feel like myself again. This salon is absolutely amazing every staff member knows you and you feel like part of them when visiting. I'm all booked in for next week, and hair plan going forward cut and colour, Sam is truly amazing I just say whatever you think as I always leave happy and feeling like me again. I highly recommend!!!!

very good service: tea and coffee served and coats hung up. the hair wash was very thorough and relaxing with very good products. i absolutely loved the length taken off my hair which was styled in a lovely way. i will definitely recommend and will be going back when i get a chance.

Was anxious about having hair done at a new salon/new stylist, after a bad experience elsewhere. Ryan was very professional and we discussed what I wanted, he advised accordingly. explained what he was doing and why. Happy with end result. Having a colour and lowlights next week

My old Salon closed, I was worried going somewhere new as I have very frizzy hair and not all salons manage it well... but I found Penny and she's fab, knew exactly how to manage my hair and it looks lovely even if I do say so myself . I'll be back x Thank you Penny x

Colour was amazing, Ryan is great when advising on best options.

Hair wash was weak could hardly tell my hair was being washed. No head massage either. In my opinion it needs to be more intense and pleasurable that's what we look forward to, .

I went back to an old salon I used to go to many years ago and hoped I would get the same great experience as I used to and I wasn't disappointed. My colour was spot on, my stylist was great and service was fab. I'll be back ASAP!

First time at UBU couldn’t fault it. Sam cut my hair and I was really pleased with the way she cut and styled it and with the all round service provided. I have recommended Sam to my 2 sister and will definitely be back.

Really pleased with my cut and blow dry at UBU.. Tessa cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, was very friendly and gave me tips on how to keep my hair in style. Would recommend this salon to anyone.

I am always greeted with a smile which makes me feel welcome when I arrive.
I was complimented on my hair by my neighbour when I got home which I take to be a good sign of a great cut.

This was my first time at UBU and I'm incredibly happy with the service. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy and I was sent a text reminder and email confirming my appointment. I was booked in with Holly, who was absolutely lovely and put me at ease straight away. After discussing what I wanted, I was taken to have my hair washed and a hair mask applied. When my hair was ready Holly got to work on cutting my long and damaged home bleached hair into a short bob. She made sure I was happy with the process all the way through and I felt well looked after. Holly has done an amazing job, and I'm over the moon with the style and how healthy my hair looks. I will definitely be going back in the future.

It was my first time having my hair dyed and she made me comfortable & I felt like I was in confident, capable hands. She did an absolutely fantastic job, I love my new hair!

Penny was very friendly and equally attentive. My 11 year old was very well looked after and left the salon an extremely, happy girl.
UBU have always given my girls the same attention they give to the adults, and this is why it was my 11 year olds first choice when she needed a hair cut.
Penny is extremely professional and Anna-Arissa's hair was given a lot of time, and it looks amazing.

So ive been to UBU on and off for years and have never had a hair cut ive not liked! I go to Penny now and travel from Tamworth. She is amazing. I always show her what I want done..she advises on the up keep so I know hiw to style it. She listens to me and is by no means scissor happy with the length. I arrived 30mins early due to quiet roads today and Reception sat me down with a coffee and I felt totally relaxed and the staff included me in their chat whilst I was waiting. What genuine lovely staff and super hair cuts on my long hair...Thankyou to Penny ..you are a star! Xx
