My daughter had her hair done by Holly and she couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Her hair is quite long however needed a slight trim, she wanted to keep a lot of the length just get rid of the dry ends and sort out her face framing pieces. She said Holly couldn’t have done it better… as well as having her hair spot on it looked beautiful when she came out and said not only was her hair amazing but Holly was so nice to her. I would recommend UBU to everyone.

First time trying a salon on Boldmere high street and it will now become my regular salon! I had a cut and blow dry with penny, and it was very efficient, I was in and out in no time but never felt rushed, very busy but never felt overcrowded and very happy with the results! I will be back!

The team at UBU are always welcoming and professional, this appointment was for myself and my son and both Kirsty and Holly are a pleasure to have cutting our hair, never rushed and nothing is too much trouble with great conversation. This is why I always return!

After recently trying another hairdressers who completely ruined my hair I came back here as I have been here since a little girl and will never change again. Always listen to exactly what you want and Penny is just amazing. I was really sad as I am blonde and the other hairdressers did not do what they said. Penny completely sorted it out. Always very friendly and approachable.

Holly did my hair, i went in feeling dull anxious and over my hair, came out beaming, so happy with my hair, so healthy looking, so soft and a lot less harsh of a colour! Holly made tge appointment so pleasent and did a thorough consultation to ensure i got the results i wanted!

I have been going to UBU for over 10 years.
It is a lovely salon with great hair stylists and friendly reception staff. The salon is clean warm and a friendly and relaxed environment.
The hairdressers are all knowledgeable and I have Holly who always sends me out looking fabulous. I have a root tint and hilights and regular trims.

Really lovely experience, they fit me in fast and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I've been going to UBU for a number of years - usually Sam cuts and colours my hair. I go in, feeling tired, and come out a new woman! Sam is not only a great hairdresser, but also a great conversationalist. She also understands my curly hair and what look I'm after, which is great.

Been coming here for years and always pleased with service and result. Today brought my daughter (age 7) and she is also happy. £20 for a child wash, cut and style is very reasonable I think. We were both offered a drink. Thanks to Holly this time.

I travel over an hour for Ryan’s hair colour service. He is so meticulous when colouring my hair. I’ve been to many hair salons over the years, but no one has been as expert in colour services as Ryan. I would highly recommend his service. I always come out feeling like a million dollars after he has coloured and blow dried my hair. Well worth the travelling time
