Great! Carron gave me a consultation the day before and I felt she really listened and understood what I wanted. However, due to the costs I walked away with recommendations for a different colourist and stylist.
I decided to decline on the colour and just see Carron for a cut and blow dry, as it was her advice and experience I felt could help.
I was very pleased with my overall experience, from Joe, the new trainee who was chatty and attentive, to my cut and styling with Carron.
I did feel like I’d just stepped out of the salon at the end! Carron is very warm and a talented stylist. I would recommend and visit more often if the price wasn’t so high. The experience was nice, but given the salon is in a suburb with much cheaper competition, I feel it is overpriced.
Joe promoted the massage therapies and was helpful in giving me samples of the products that Carron had used.

I visited Pure hair & spa for my first time for a highlights and Colour having previously been a Toni & Guy and Essensuals customer.

I found the experience to be really relaxing especially the complementary massage at the beginning of my appointment with my choice of Aveda scented oils and hand and arm massage at the wash basin.

The wash basin have massage chairs and they have hot towels which further add to the relaxing experience. I opted for an additional 15 minute facial whilst at the basin which was great too!!

Caron was really knowledgeable , friendly and welcoming especially regarding hair loss . I am really happy at the end results.

Really enjoyable experience and it is like visiting a combination of a mini spa and hairdressers. I used to dread having my hair coloured and for once enjoyed the experience!!

Lydia was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend trying this salon if you've not already tried. ?

I have never experienced anything like this. Paula was so lovely and put me at ease straight away. The massage itself was amazing and Paula listened to what I asked and the Chakra element was so interesting to learn about. Thank you so much. I’ll definitely be back x

Great luxury pedicure and used my birthday treat in the form of a face and scalp massage which was thoroughly relaxing. Very friendly but quiet when undertaking the massage. Excellent!

I can’t recommend Max highly enough. I fancied a bit of a change and Max listened to me and I’ve come out with a lovely cut. I’ve never left a salon feeling as special as I do leaving Pure.

Visited the Salon today to just have my highlights brightened up as felt I needed a bit of a pick me up. Rang in the morning and it was fabulous because I got an appointment for the same afternoon. Helen really looked after me and did my hair beautifully. She was so attentive and understood exactly what I needed. It was indeed another lovely experience at Pure. The shoulder massage was a real added bonus as was the electronic back massage in the chair whilst having my hair washed! Thank you Helen and thank you Angela for sorting the appointment out.

From beginning to end, it was a fantastic experience. James was welcoming and friendly, showing great knowledge. He was careful to explain each process and I learnt new styling techniques along the way. All in all a really lovely and relaxing experience.

I have been treated to ' Ultimate Spa Experience ' as Christmas present. Starting with relaxing, thorough back, shoulder and neck massage by lovely therapist, with relaxing music. Followed on with a mini facial and nails manicure, to end with hair treatment. I was well pampered, with great atmosphere and drinks ( water and tea). Whole team are very friendly and helpful.

This was a birthday special offer. Therapist very attentive and both treatments were very relaxing and enjoyable.

Welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk into the salon to going upstairs to the spa section of Pure Hair Spa. Lydia was calming and the wax experience was excellent! The room was calming and smelt divine. The attention to detail was great and Lydia ensured I was satisfied before I left. Would highly recommend here for the Hollywood Wax! ❤️
