I had a really enjoyable day. All the girls were very professional and friendly. My seaweed body wrap and pedicure were amazing together with the massages. Also the hair treatment and massage was very good. I cannot fault anything at all. It is a very inviting spa and the staff are so friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Pure to all my friends

Second time visit. First time was ok. Second rather a disaster. Came out looking worse than when I went in. They were very busy and I felt that affected the experience. Handed over to the manager when I said I was underwhelmed. She cut some more but rather badly so hair looks dreadful now washed. Perhaps I hoped for too much.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we take reviews very seriously, I am so disappointed to hear that you are not happy and felt the need to score us so low. Both Abi and myself did all we could to create the style you were looking for, but please be aware that when looking at a picture you must take into account amongst other things the difference in texture, face shape, hair colour, hair condition and hair growth pattern etc. Although it's extremely useful for you to present a picture of the look you're hoping to achieve you should never expect a style created for you to look exactly the same as a picture.

This is the second time I have had my mid length hair cut by James. Feel happy and confident and I really like the way James cuts my fringe which melds in with one the layers to give an angled feathered line.

James was lovely, friendly and professional. He did exactly what I asked him to, I felt at ease, relaxed and generally super happy with the overall experience. it actually felt like a treat being in the salon. I will be going back to the salon!

This was my second appointment at the salon, my first one was few months ago with Mushin and I was extremely satisfied that time too. This time I saw another member of staff and they were just as amazing. Both Helen and Mushin have done magic on my hair, when I leave the salon I'm just on cloud 9 every time, they know their stuff. I always feel so relaxed when I come to the salon. Carron listens carefully to my requests and after a number of appointments, I feel like my hit is how I have always wanted it to be.

I was more than happy with my hair yesterday. It was the best haircut I have ever had. James was wonderful, as were all the staff. Definitely no complaints. The staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Helen was lovely . However , my greys were bit covered sadly ! I was out in saturday and had so much on but it was in the night when doing my hair noticed the grey hair on my sides . Not happy . I have taken pics to prove it and hope you will sort it out but I am away on holiday for a week .

Helen is a very good stylist but she forgot the barrier cream so the colour was on my face and had to be scrubbed of after. I did not have a cut with my colour and highlights yet she tried to charge me for a shampoo and cut. My husband had com in to buy me a 2 x 15 min spa treatments for my birthday. She only charged him for one so I had to pay the additional amount myself for my birthday on my bill. Very disappointed in my service today, however the colour was very good.
