I love coming to Shear Success. It's such a relaxing experience every time. Laura knows exactly what she is doing with my hair, always in safe hands! The service is spot on, great products and great results every time.

Visited today and had my hair highlighted and cut by the lovely Helen. So happy with the result! Helen listened to my concerns and the end result was exactly what I wanted. Also had a free mini hand and arm massage by the beautician. Very happy customer!

I had a cut on Saturday then highlights tonight. I love my colour. So happy with it. Feels and looks amazing. Mo is so lovely x

Been coming to shear success for years and love the whole salon experience, the little touches are lovely drinks menu and mini massage. Max has been my saviour he does exactly what i want to my hair even when im a pain and want pinks and the go blonde from red he is a delight. Everyone is so friendly and i look forward to many more shear success visits.

Enjoyed a fabulous Stress Fix massage from Paula yesterday, as ever it totally dissipates built up work stress and resets the gauges for the coming week. You leave feeling so relaxed and chilled.

This was my first time at the Salon and I was greeted with absolute Kindness! Unfortunately I didn't get the Receptionists name but she was such a delight! She took me upstairs to the Beauty Salon bit as I was having Shellac Colour pedicure which was fab and already everyone's told me how nice my toes look! I had my pedi done by Paula who was a star in what she does thank you Paula, I will soon be coming again! Fabulous customer service skills xxx

I love coming in to Shear Success either for a trim or for my hi lights. I really do feel relaxed as soon as I enter with the lovely scent of the Aveda products. And the little massage with the lovely oils is gorgeous. Max always does a good job of thinning out my very thick curly hair.

I have been coming to Shear Success for over 3 years now and each time have received outstanding service. Their hairstylists are all very skilled and professional and extremely flexible in accommodating customers needs. What I really love about this salon is that it isn't just a haircut and a chat. They look after your total wellbeing and everything they do is geared to ensure you feel happier, more energized as well as looking fantastic when you walk out the door!

I attended Shear Success for my first time yesterday. I was booked in with Max for a cut and blow dry. He was very attentive and showed great concern for my hair and the way I wished it cut. The whole experience was lovely as it had been a long day after a long difficult couple of months so to be looked after in such a caring way was the therapy I needed. We had a great rapport and the end result was a fabulous cut - I am so pleased. I will certainly re-book with Max when I need another cut. He promoted the salon so well and from the look of it I would certainly consider coming in for a spa treatment sometime.

My day was made when I went to shear success. I had a lovely cappachino followed by a mini relaxing massage. My hair was soon transformed and with the extra finish of curls I walked out feeling like I was ready for going somewhere special, but was only going on the school run. The experience was over too soon, with polite chit chat and been pampered throughout. It made the experience very pleasant.

I've been coming to Shear Success ever since I moved into the area ten years ago and I can't imagine I would ever go anywhere else now. I have never once had a bad experience here and I am always made to feel really welcome. Max is fab and is always really attentive. I love the Aveda products and Max always helps me choose the right products without being at all pushy with it. Highly recommend Shear Success!

This salon is exceptional for many reasons. I used to go to a reasonably priced salon that did decent hairdressing but nothing exceptional, with very little in the way of customer service or specialism.
I visited Shear Success when I wasn't happy with my colour at the other place. They sorted it out and I was delighted. I've since been back for top ups, and today - my first re-style.
The attention to detail and the service is impeccable. Head massage, comfy relaxiton chairs at the sink, wonderful products. My stylist Helen spends as much time as necessary to listen, explain what she's doing, and get it right. I seriously can't fault it.
All done in lovely surroundings, with excellent coffee and some nice little give-aways at the end. I am very, very happy that I found them!

Both my wife and I are very pleased with the service provided and the overall experience. First class as usual. Thoroughly recommended.

This was my first visit to Shear Success, when i entered the salon, i was greeted my a member of staff, asking if i wanted a drink while i waited a couple of minutes before my appointment. Max was my stylist, he was great, listened to me, offering advice etc.
I will definatly be returning to the Salon, Max also gave me advice on Aveda products, some of which i use, but some i had not heard of, but the advice was very informative, thanks very much, great Salon :).

What an amazing experience this morning, My daughter in law had booked a facial as a treat and ftom beginning to end I thoroughly enjoyed it! Paula makes you feel special and takes time to discuss what you need and also the fabulous products. Very impressive, relaxing surroundings and Paula is extremely good I will definately book further treatments they worked and my skin was firmer and felt lifted after...I am also going to book to have my hair cut and coloured the staff are happy and approachable. I had my hair cut with Max on 08/03/16 it is possibly the nicest experience of having my hair cut I've ever had! From start to finish I was made to feel valued and welcome to ask any questions I had without anything being too much hassle for him. They give you a nice massage to start followed by in my case my colour being added, I sat for it to set and was given full attention throughout and everything that was being done explained fully and the benefits, it was rinsed and cut just perfectly before being straightened and styled. A fabulous 5* experience will be back!!

A few days later a client who I hadn't seen for a while said how much she loved my 'new look'. Then yesterday the dental nurse greeted me with 'you've had your hair cut;it looks lovely' Confidence building doesn't get better than receiving unsolicited comments like these especially as I knew that I also had ' perfectly preened brows' created by Paula. Thank you both and all the very friendly, helpful staff. See you at the end of March.

Max is always welcoming and friendly along with being professional and a great hairdresser too! I would highly recommend Shear Success.

After having surgery for a hip replacement and being unable to visit my favourite salon for eight weeks.
It is always a joy to visit as the staff and atmosphere are lovely.
I was so exited to be having my hair done today by Max.
He is a wonderful stylist, who always makes me feel good and we have such a laugh.He is a so exuberant ,with a refreshing honesty and vibrancy about him.The salon definitely have found a diamond in Max.
I was given a lovely filter coffee whilst we chatted about what I wanted doing to my hair. Then a relaxing massage prior to the treatments.
When I left the salon, I felt rejuvenated, a new woman. My hair was beautiful , cut professionally, shining and curled."Absolutely Fabulous "

I've been using Shear Success now for a number of years and have always used the same stylist, Laura Wolsey. The salon itself hosts a great environment, calming and relaxing. Coupled with Laura's excellent skills and her ability to relax her clients following a hectic week at work, I'd never go anywhere else.

This is the third time I have visited Shear Success and Helen has cut and coloured my hair. The staff are very friendly and I love the Aveda products. This time I brought a friend and she was also delighted with the visit.

Very friendly staff and delicious coffee! A bit shorter than told on the phone - told 1.5 hours and finished within the hour. Bit disappointed as was a birthday gift.

As always, great colour and cut with Katie. Lovely friendly service. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great customer service. Started with a relaxing neck/ shoulder massage with relaxing oils pre hair treatment. Whilst my colour was on I was treated to a complimentary hand & arm massage. The staff are lovely & treat the customers well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this salon & spa.
