My haircut with Helen starts with a head and shoulder massage which is very relaxing. This is followed by a wash with the nicely scented Aveda products, the haircut is exactly what I had asked for and I am very pleased with my visit to the salon.

I had a cut and finish by Angela, absolutely spot on love the head massage and all the other extras. Best salon in Sutton Coldfield I can't recommend it enough, and don't forget the spa ????????????

I have recently visited Sheer Success with a friend, and we both had a fabulous experience. This salon is definitely about more than just a hair cut or treatment, the staff are lovely and welcoming, lovely refreshments are provided and the whole visit was relaxing and enjoyable. Helen, who cut and styled our hair was absolutely lovely, and we both felt pampered after our visit! Will definitely be visiting again!

Shear Success is excellent for comfort and quality when I need my short hair coloured and cut. The mini massage helps to relax me and I look forward to my regular visit to the salon.

I used this Salon many years ago for a spray tan and decided to come back to get my nails done. I am 36 weeks pregnant and wanted a salon that wasn't full of smelly nail chemicals etc so this was perfect. Paula made me feel very comfortable and explained all the treatments and other services that they offer as I asked why the salon had so many rooms. I was amazed at all the different services and I cannot wait to go back and treat myself once my baby has been born. A relaxing, professional and comfortable salon offering lots of services at a reasonable price.

I had my hair cut at Shear Success this morning the service was great and every one was so friendly I felt comfortable and was able to discuss what hair style I would like we looked at pictures on the iPad and I was able with help from my hairdressers choose a style the cut was beautiful and it really suits me. Been coming to shear success for years and love the whole salon experience, the little touches are lovely drinks menu and mini massage. Max has been my saviour he does exactly what i want to my hair even when im a pain and want pinks and the go blonde from red he is a delight. Everyone is so friendly and i look forward to many more shear success visits.

Enjoyed a fabulous Stress Fix massage from Paula yesterday, as ever it totally dissipates built up work stress and resets the gauges for the coming week. You leave feeling so relaxed and chilled.

This was my first time at the Salon and I was greeted with absolute Kindness! Unfortunately I didn't get the Receptionists name but she was such a delight! She took me upstairs to the Beauty Salon bit as I was having Shellac Colour pedicure which was fab and already everyone's told me how nice my toes look! I love coming in to Shear Success either for a trim or for my hi lights. I really do feel relaxed as soon as I enter with the lovely scent of the Aveda products. And the little massage with the lovely oils is gorgeous. Max always does a good job of thinning out my very thick curly hair.

I have been coming to Shear Success for over 3 years now and each time have received outstanding service. Their hairstylists are all very skilled and professional and extremely flexible in accommodating customers needs. What I really love about this salon is that it isn't just a haircut and a chat. They look after your total wellbeing and everything they do is geared to ensure you feel happier, more energized as well as looking fantastic when you walk out the door!
