I went to shear success for a stress fix massage today. It was my first time at the spa and the staff on reception were really friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. Leanne talked me through the different massages and oils prior to the massage to ensure I still wanted the same one I'd booked. The massage was amazing and I would definitely recommend this salon to family and friends. Thank you ladies.

First class service and the staff are always friendly and make me feel at ease. I always have a spray tan and would not go anywhere else.

I had a wash, cut and blow dry - mini massage was a really nice touch.

All the salon staff were friendly and very helpful, love that I was able to book online at short notice too!

Helen is an Excellent hairdresser and did my style how I wanted it. I will be definitely going back there again.

Great for a gents hair cut and wash. I'm always last minute to book an appointment but Shear Success are so accommodating and friendly. I have been using this salon for well over 10 years and wouldn't contemplate change!

As a massage newbie I was a little apprehensive and nervous but Laura my therapist instantly put me at ease and explained the whole process to me, listened to my expectations and went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed.
The massage itself was absolute bliss; even had a foot bath! Heavenly scents from the Aveda products and just a really, deeply relaxing, lovely experience. I nearly fell asleep!

To say I was relaxed that evening was an understatement and I could move my neck and shoulders without them crunching! What I did realise in the following days was that although I did get stressed, my neck/shoulders were a lot more relaxed than usual.
The Spa rooms: lounge, changing area and treatment room were immaculately clean and comfortable and even the mood music wasn't intrusive...no whale sounds! Total convert, have re-booked for another session and cannot wait! Thank you Laura! :)

I went into the salon this evening for a lash lift and tint and ultimate brows. The whole experience from start to finish was 5*! Poppy is a perfectionist which is exaftly what you would want from a therapist and they really look after you.

The spa feels just like a spa should! Very relaxing! I will now be a regular for sure.

At 38 weeks pregnant I went to sheer success for a pregnancy massage. I went in feeling tired, stressed and sore and left feeling so relaxed and pampered and less achy. The whole experience from my arrival till departure was brilliant. I was made to feel welcome and would recommend this spa to anyone. 10/10 service. Oh and the products they use are amazing!!

Absolutely love this Salon! The whole experience is so relaxing, everyone is friendly and the products are wonderful! I've always been apprehensive about getting my hair done, but Helen certainly has put my mind at ease! She's extremely talented, as are all the staff, and have loved my hair after every appointment! Poppy was great she and the atmosphere was very calming, she made me feel special it was just what I needed, will definitely go back again and have another massage.

This was my third visit to the salon and would continue to and I have recommended it to friends! I travel out of my way especially to use this salon and it's well worth it! Lovely atmosphere, really friendly and always been over the moon with my cut and colour. Helen is fab and really friendly, even though my visits are probably spread over 18 months I've always been treated like a regular!

As usual Helen did a great job of my cut and colour, I left the salon feeling fantastic and ready for the festive season.

Went in on a cold day in baggy pjs and flip flops ideal outfit for tan but not very glamorous. However I was made very welcome and relaxed.

Had lovely pedicure in a nice friendly relaxing atmosphere-highly recommend!

This place is an amazing oasis of calm. I simply loving getting my treatments and waxing here. Would be in every week if I had money. It really is a "posh" spa and Paula is a true professional with her care and attention. She is always so chilled and makes everything special. Its respite from a busy life.
