Visiting Pure Hair Spa is always a lovely experience, the staff are so welcoming and the salon has a lovely calm atmosphere. Max is amazing at both styling and colouring, and creates the best blow dry in town! He always listens carefully to your requirements, offering his expert advice and tweaking this to make it individual and suited to you. I trust him implicitly with this, and the aftercare guidance is really helpful too. Visiting Pure Hair is always a real treat, I’d highly recommend it.

I’ve really missed my Max treatments over the lockdown. He didn’t fail to impress and left me feeling amazing and looking exactly as I’d hoped. Thanks Max- you always deliver A1 hair style and customer care!

Another great colour, haircut and blow dry all under difficult circumstances due to lockdown restrictions. All safety precautions in place. It was just great to get my hair done by a great hairdresser. Happy Hair Day!

Carron has cute my hair for a while now. She is always so warning and welcoming to me. She listens to what I want and knows how fussy I am about my fringe! She’s a brilliant hair dressers. I would never usually leave a review. However, today it was so lovely to see Max, I almost cried. He was his usual happy self in spite of a recent bereavement, he is a real trooper: As always he made me feel very special by giving me a much wanted/needed haircut. Very happy.

The long wait was worth it ??‍♀️...James did a fantastic job with some lovely new copper toned highlights and a shag style cut... Really happy with it ✂️

This was my post lockdown haircut and I was very impressed with the teams well managed and professionally thought out measures to reduce risk whilst opening and still offering a great service and experience.

Today I had my regrowth coloured.
The salon had adhered to all rules, making my experience a safe one.

Pure Spa is a lovely spa; reasonably priced and loads of different treatment options. Paula is a brilliant therapist. She is very attentive and does everything she can to make clients feel comfortable and to give them a relaxing experience.

Jess was very friendly as soon as we met, easy to chat to & a confident stylist.

This was my first visit to the Pure Hair Spa I was greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist who introduced me to my stylist Gaynor who immediately made me feel very relaxed with a fabulous neck & shoulder massage a very nice touch .
Gaynor talked me through what effect I wanted to achieve with my colour & with her expertise efficiently weaved my hair to create a sun kissed baby blonde finish , I loved it .
The salon is decorated in a smart contemporary way clean with a nice ambience.
Some nice extra touches available with a complimentary massage hot towel finish to seal the conditioning treatment & complimentary hot drinks .
I would highly recommend a visit to this salon & will telling all my friends to try it out too .

Very friendly lovely atmosphere very pleased with hair style

I enjoyed the makeover ,it was very informative and relaxing.
The experience was for my birthday,my daughter was keen for me to try Aveda products.
Unfortunately I was concerned that I wasn’t warned other makes of makeup would be used, as I have had reactions to these in the past. I felt I might have just have gone to Boots.

I had my brows tinted, waxed and threaded for the first time and I’m very happy with the results as it was just what I was looking for. I enjoyed the whole experience as the staff were lovely and there was a nice aroma in the spa that was very relaxing.

The team are so welcoming and James listened to exactly how I wanted my hair. He did a fantastic job...I love it

Brought my niece a pamper package Leanne done her nails to perfection made her feel involved and comfortable as she is only 10! Leanne is very welcoming and chatty which is a bonus! Leanne also done her make up which was on point and looked beautiful. Jess done her hair curly and looked fabulous. Highly recommend to anyone

Great massage. You are not rushed here so you get good value. You choose your oils before the massage and also get complementary foot bath if you wish.
