Helen was absolutely fantastic. I didnt know what to expect and especially with my son who struggles with having his hair cut. We had no tears and he has been showing everyone his hairstyle. My children are 4 and 2 and neither one threw a tantrum nor cried.
Helen was beyond fabulous. I honestly, didnt expect her to be so accomadating with both children. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was tranquil! We travelled over 12 miles to have this hair cut and it was worth it. I will not be travelling or going anywhere else and that is for sure.

I had a great first experience at the salon today. Carron is such a gifted hairdresser. She listened to what I wanted and explained what she would do.
I had cut my own hair during lockdown and hadn't done a very good job of it but carron transformed it to a lovely style that feels healthy and looks great. I'd recommend her to anyone

It’s the most relaxed I have ever felt at a hairdressers. Helen has an ease about her that made my first time to a hairdressers since lockdown enjoyable. I asked for short and that’s what I got. It does look nice but I can’t wait for it to grow back a little. Will definitely rerun.

I was so looking forward to this appointment and as usual, Katie did not disappoint. Everything was put in place to make me feel safe and we managed to have our usual chat despite masks and PPE. I am so pleased with my cut and blow dry, Katie always knows how to style my naturally curly hair and provides me with a style that I can recreate myself. Can not recommend her enough.

Fantastic service today for my ten year old daughter having her ears pierced for the first time. Gentle and caring, great service.

I was nervous due to covid 19, but was made to feel as comfortable as you could be wearing a mask on possibly the hottest day of the year! Thank you.

The salon could not do anymore to make you feel safe, nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff. Max did a great colour and cut and made sure it was perfect for me. I’m not sure I’ve ever left a salon feeling more important to the stylist. Cant recommend Max and Pure Spa enough.

James did a fabulous job dying my hair from red to blond, it was a long process but the result is astonishing. Absolutely satisfied, can’t recommend enough this service.

As always, Katie made me feel comfortable and we discussed what I wanted from the appointment. My hair is naturally curly and she always takes into account the different ways I style my hair before starting to cut. So very happy with the results and am looking forward to having some colours put in at my next appointment.
