6 year old Ryan has never been calm or settled whilst having his hair cut and normally we leave due to panic attacks and Ryan being in floods of years.
James was professional calm and reassuring towards Ryan and his past traumas and made him feel happy and comfortable there. As soon as the hair cut was over he asked if he could always come here for his hair cut.

Absolutely thrilled and he loves his hair, we all do.

Helen is friendly and makes you feel at ease. I'm very happy with my cut and highlights.

It was amazing to be back in Leanne’s hands again experiencing a relaxing Chakra massage after 6 long months. Next time I’ll extend the booking- it was that good!

Unfortunately, I didn't grab the hairdresser's name, but she did a wonderful job at making me feel relaxed and cutting my hair. It would be nice if the experience lasted a full hour but 45 mins was enough time to cut my hair

As a regular customer I am always happy with my experiences at pure. Love catching up with the lovely staff and being made to feel valued by them. Wax wise; results are always perfect, pain minimal and time taken is always quick and efficient.
Was sad to see the price go up again after lockdown, especially when the cost is pretty high already compared to most other places but alas; I’m loyal boo!

Purchased the root colour kit today for the first time & it is amazing. Includes everything you need & really easy to follow instructions. The results are 100% better than any other attempt that I have had with a box dye. Highly recommend x

I usually have my naturally curly hair blow dried but wanted a change and to embrace my curls. Katie understood what I was after and gave me a cut that gave my curls a bit more life! My colour was perfect too!

Carron was very helpful she helped me understand grey roots salt and pepper hair and what would be achievable. Carron was understanding of what I want to achieve I look forward to the appt;

James has often coloured and blowdried my hair, however Max cuts it. Today I asked James to cut it after colouring my root regrowth. He's done a lovely job. Taken his time, very pleasant as are all the staff. Well done James you star x

Have been a regular customer for over 15 years. Max is always friendly and listens to requirements re hair as well as offering constructive advice on styling, colouring and treatments. Pleased with service and would recommend to others.
