I'm very pleased with my highlights. James is a great hairdresser. He's very professional and knows what he is doing. The colours are lovey.

Fabulous treatments as always from Leanne, so much attention to detail and a great therapist. Coupled with her sunny personable disposition, always great to have treatments with her. Highly recommend.

After a failed haircut at a previous salon, I was quite anxious to get my hair cut again. Katie was not just accomodating but she also understood what I wanted and what I was going for. She gave me a result that was almost the same as the reference picture. I can't wait to return again and recommend this place to as many family and friends as I can.

James is amazing. I didnt really know what to do colour wise with my hair and he showed me some different ideas which he thought would work best and the outcome was amazing.
He did before and after pictures too so I could see how much of a difference it made. The salon is lovely and the little added touches make to a really relaxing experience.
There is no other hairdressers I would go to.

Max did a beautiful balayage with a beautiful tone that just blended in so well with my natural dark hair. It was so much better than I expected!

I took my rather nervous/excited daughter to have her ears pierced and Leanne was excellent. Really welcoming, patient, professional with a great personality. She made Emma very comfortable and calm explaining the whole process to us both and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Customer service can be sometimes below par but in this instance it was brilliant. I now have one happy very grown up 8 year old who looks about a foot taller, thank you so much for your help, superb.

I love going to Pure. Everyone is so nice and professional and follow COVID rules stringently.. its a 45 minute drive to get there. I wouldnt do that if they werent brilliant.

6 year old Ryan has never been calm or settled whilst having his hair cut and normally we leave due to panic attacks and Ryan being in floods of years.
James was professional calm and reassuring towards Ryan and his past traumas and made him feel happy and comfortable there. As soon as the hair cut was over he asked if he could always come here for his hair cut.

Absolutely thrilled and he loves his hair, we all do.

Unfortunately, I didn't grab the hairdresser's name, but she did a wonderful job at making me feel relaxed and cutting my hair. It would be nice if the experience lasted a full hour but 45 mins was enough time to cut my hair

As a regular customer I am always happy with my experiences at pure. Love catching up with the lovely staff and being made to feel valued by them. Wax wise; results are always perfect, pain minimal and time taken is always quick and efficient.
Was sad to see the price go up again after lockdown, especially when the cost is pretty high already compared to most other places but alas; I’m loyal boo!

Purchased the root colour kit today for the first time & it is amazing. Includes everything you need & really easy to follow instructions. The results are 100% better than any other attempt that I have had with a box dye. Highly recommend x
