As usual I had a very pleasant visit to your Salon, a very courteous young lady (I think called Abbi )washed my hair and I asked Max for a different style and came home delighted,

Very professional and really friendly
Explained everything in detail and gave me tips for later

Max was in a great mood, I had a lovely massage. Max wanted me to go shorter than I did...I'm very happy with my cut and gets lots of comments about my hair

What a wonderful experience today was! From the superbly relaxing massage from
Amanda to the fabulous colour refresh and a bouncy style finish from Max it was a couple of hours of bliss and I feel like a new woman. Some gorgeous new products too which smell divine and work like a dream. Haven’t gone anywhere else in nearly 10 years - why would I?!! Thank you ??

Leanne was fantastic. This was my first pregnancy massage ever but she made me feel completely comfortable and extremely pampered. I left feeling 1000 times more relaxed than I walked in. Wonderful customer service and a wonderful treatment!

I’ve been reluctant to do a review because Paula is so good I fear I’ll never get an appointment again! I’ve been looking for the perfect massage - I found it. Paula is lovely and always makes me feel comfortable and she’s an amazing masseuse. Genuinely leave feeling 2 foot taller and blissed out. She’s the real deal (and I can’t keep it to myself!)

Had a Tulsara 90 minute facial and loved every minute ...pure blissful relaxation

I was so pleased with my visit today. Hair cuts have always been a very stressful time for me since I’m so particular about what I like. But I went in for a restyle and James was SO helpful. I asked what he suggested I have done which would suit me and I wanted to go shorter. He made his suggestion and we went with it. The results I love! He made me feel really comfortable and took me through the process was a lovely experience ?

Max is a true professional. He is a charming funny 33 year old with a great knowledge of hairdressing and hair. He is full of ideas that he can put into practice with great skill and care.

I'm very pleased with my highlights. James is a great hairdresser. He's very professional and knows what he is doing. The colours are lovey.

Fabulous treatments as always from Leanne, so much attention to detail and a great therapist. Coupled with her sunny personable disposition, always great to have treatments with her. Highly recommend.

After a failed haircut at a previous salon, I was quite anxious to get my hair cut again. Katie was not just accomodating but she also understood what I wanted and what I was going for. She gave me a result that was almost the same as the reference picture. I can't wait to return again and recommend this place to as many family and friends as I can.

Products smell amazing, hair colours are the best I’ve ever had and kind to your hair.

James is amazing. I didnt really know what to do colour wise with my hair and he showed me some different ideas which he thought would work best and the outcome was amazing.
He did before and after pictures too so I could see how much of a difference it made. The salon is lovely and the little added touches make to a really relaxing experience.
There is no other hairdressers I would go to.

Max did a beautiful balayage with a beautiful tone that just blended in so well with my natural dark hair. It was so much better than I expected!

I took my rather nervous/excited daughter to have her ears pierced and Leanne was excellent. Really welcoming, patient, professional with a great personality. She made Emma very comfortable and calm explaining the whole process to us both and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Customer service can be sometimes below par but in this instance it was brilliant. I now have one happy very grown up 8 year old who looks about a foot taller, thank you so much for your help, superb.

Fantastic service, lovely therapist and as it the piercing was for our rather nervous 11 year old daughter, it was carried out in suitable and perfectly paced way - would really recommend!

I love going to Pure. Everyone is so nice and professional and follow COVID rules stringently.. its a 45 minute drive to get there. I wouldnt do that if they werent brilliant.

6 year old Ryan has never been calm or settled whilst having his hair cut and normally we leave due to panic attacks and Ryan being in floods of years.
James was professional calm and reassuring towards Ryan and his past traumas and made him feel happy and comfortable there. As soon as the hair cut was over he asked if he could always come here for his hair cut.

Absolutely thrilled and he loves his hair, we all do.

It was amazing to be back in Leanne’s hands again experiencing a relaxing Chakra massage after 6 long months. Next time I’ll extend the booking- it was that good!

Unfortunately, I didn't grab the hairdresser's name, but she did a wonderful job at making me feel relaxed and cutting my hair. It would be nice if the experience lasted a full hour but 45 mins was enough time to cut my hair
