So happy with my mani and pedi! Genuinely the best one I’ve ever had. Leanne is so good at what she does. The colour and application are perfect and I felt completely pampered and looked after! Can’t wait to come again.

As always Paula who is such a perfectionist has made my fingernails look fab. I wanted a bright pinky neon blue shade and she immediately knew what I had in my mind and chose a shellac colour which I absolutely like be. She’s so good and her massages are very relaxing. A really lovely person too.

Very pleasant easy going manner, made certain about what I was asking for, made me feel relaxed and happy and am happy with results. I booked online and had asked for a re-style, as I wanted a few layers put in. Helen at the end said it wouldn’t be classed as a re-style, so only charged me for a cut. That was very kind.

First time I have ever had a pedicure and it was amazing. Paula was so attentive and really wanted to do a good job. She did an amazing job and even helped me out when I didnt bring flip flops. Will definately go back!

I’ve just had another fantastic Hot Stone massage. It was just simply the best massage so far. Leanne makes you feel very comfortable and totally at ease. It’s relaxing from the minute you walk in. A nice foot cleanse to start and Leanne asked if there were any specific areas needing extra attention. The aromatic oils are all lovely, it’s hard to make a choice. Leanne is a fantastic therapist and the massage I received was first class and I would definitely recommend her. All areas are clean and tidy and very relaxing. All covid regulations are being adhered too. Can’t wait for my next massage.

Amanda to the fabulous colour refresh and a bouncy style finish from Max it was a couple of hours of bliss and I feel like a new woman. Some gorgeous new products too which smell divine and work like a dream. Haven’t gone anywhere else in nearly 10 years - why would I?!! Thank you ??

Leanne was fantastic. This was my first pregnancy massage ever but she made me feel completely comfortable and extremely pampered. I left feeling 1000 times more relaxed than I walked in. Wonderful customer service and a wonderful treatment!

I’ve been reluctant to do a review because Paula is so good I fear I’ll never get an appointment again! I’ve been looking for the perfect massage - I found it. Paula is lovely and always makes me feel comfortable and she’s an amazing masseuse. Genuinely leave feeling 2 foot taller and blissed out. She’s the real deal (and I can’t keep it to myself!)

I was so pleased with my visit today. Hair cuts have always been a very stressful time for me since I’m so particular about what I like. But I went in for a restyle and James was SO helpful. I asked what he suggested I have done which would suit me and I wanted to go shorter. He made his suggestion and we went with it. The results I love! He made me feel really comfortable and took me through the process was a lovely experience ?

Max is a true professional. He is a charming funny 33 year old with a great knowledge of hairdressing and hair. He is full of ideas that he can put into practice with great skill and care.

Fabulous treatments as always from Leanne, so much attention to detail and a great therapist. Coupled with her sunny personable disposition, always great to have treatments with her. Highly recommend.

After a failed haircut at a previous salon, I was quite anxious to get my hair cut again. Katie was not just accomodating but she also understood what I wanted and what I was going for. She gave me a result that was almost the same as the reference picture. I can't wait to return again and recommend this place to as many family and friends as I can.

James is amazing. I didnt really know what to do colour wise with my hair and he showed me some different ideas which he thought would work best and the outcome was amazing.
He did before and after pictures too so I could see how much of a difference it made. The salon is lovely and the little added touches make to a really relaxing experience.
There is no other hairdressers I would go to.

Max did a beautiful balayage with a beautiful tone that just blended in so well with my natural dark hair. It was so much better than I expected!

I took my rather nervous/excited daughter to have her ears pierced and Leanne was excellent. Really welcoming, patient, professional with a great personality. She made Emma very comfortable and calm explaining the whole process to us both and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Customer service can be sometimes below par but in this instance it was brilliant. I now have one happy very grown up 8 year old who looks about a foot taller, thank you so much for your help, superb.

I love going to Pure. Everyone is so nice and professional and follow COVID rules stringently.. its a 45 minute drive to get there. I wouldnt do that if they werent brilliant.
