It’s taken me nearly 6 weeks to write this review, mainly because I don’t like to cause a fuss but my hair isn’t growing out of the awful cut as quickly as I hoped. I had a basic trim, costing me £54 but the fringe is just awful. The stylist has added an inch either side of my usual fringe width, Which makes me look ridiculous, it’s uneven and she made it unmanageably thick. I went back the following day to complain and was told I had “a cows lick” and there Is nothing she can do. I have never been told this in 25 years. After a second opinion at another Toni and Guy, I have been told the fringe has been taken too far back, hence the fact it didn’t sit evenly, and It was not cut into properly. It sticks out all over the place. I am writing this review because when I came to have it rectified I was made to feel like I was making it up. I have had several people comment on whether I have cut my fringe myself...I’ve never been in this position before. Very disappointed with how this was dealt with when I came in to have it sorted

I have Anna every time I go as she’s so good! I change the colours and styles I want quite frequently. Anna always does it exactly how I imagine it look. Really pleased.

After having long hair for a few years now, I decided to take the plunge and have it all chopped off.
I showed Nicola a photo of a french bob I fancied and she did an amazing job.
I was super nervous about having short hair again, but it looks amazing and finally I've found someone who cut my fringe perfectly! I usually struggle to get my fine hair to hold it's fringe without having to fight it for hours but after washing my hair, it just fell into place with a quick blast of my hairdryer.
I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be back again.

I left the salon in tears.it was supposed to be a correction to the previous horrible colour,I did say I don’t want my hair dark ,because I paid £145 for nice platinum highlights but the results was catastrophic for me.
They could have dealt with the damaged colour roots and left the end as they were like an expert from another salon had told me .

Really can't praise enough the job she has done today. I have the cut I have always wanted and she didn't hesitate to do as I asked. Look forward to my visit in 8 weeks and may take it one stage further and add some colour.

More expensive than my normal hair salon, however will keep coming as the brilliant job Poppie has done the past couple of times.

This is my second visit to Toni and Guy. I had Nicola and Andria for my colour and cut both times. The ladies were extremely professional, experienced and the best I had in many years.

Sinead is an amazing colour technician- I always try to book in with her because she knows exactly how I like it.

What can I say excellent every time

I have wasted my day thinking I would go to the professionals to get a great colour.All I had was a mess ,different colours yellow purple blond .....manager didn’t even bother coming And asking, and I got charged full price for this Mess,didn’t even offer to fix the highlights and colour or even a discount.

I love Toni & Guy in Solihull. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. They have embraced Covid precautions and kept any disruption to a minimum. Fabulous haircut, enjoyable experience and convenient opening hours. Well done T&G
