What a great hairdresser Casper is. Kept me fully updated, giving me lots of handing hints and tips. Certainly knew what he was doing. Was very impressed. Great prompt service.

Love going to Toni and Guy Solihull. Lauren is an amazing stylist and colour technician and a lovely lovely person.

I have had many compliments on the cut and colour of my hair. My Chiropractor told me l always look well groomed, what more could you ask for, it's 5 star treatment and outcome.

I'm always in the salon and would like to thank Casper and Lauren who made this experience extra special. They did a great job washing my hair and I loved my curly blow dry was stunning.

I've been coming to the soilhull store for over 10 years and I've met many staff .
I've never had an issue with soilhull store and its staff .
I'd like to praise Lauren who has been training for 4 years she is the most friendly girl and cuts and colours brilliantly.
Dan the assistant manager is a great hairdresser and never disappoints..
Jody she's lonely and cuts brilliantly.
Anna is brilliant colourist.

I 've always had great cuts and service at T & G, Solihull. I mentioned this time that I would like to experiment with colours. At £57 for a cut and blow dry I would have thought that I would get a chance to discuss this later but it was not mentioned again. If I had a chance to see the colourist I probably would have booked again but I left a bit disappointed. I was happy with the cut and style though.

Great cut, my hair is looking the best it has for a long time. would definitely recommend.

Tried to book online, but gave up after an hour. Next morning went in to be told computers were switched off for update overnight. But the majority of the time you can't book online. Spoke to Daniel to discuss what I was after. Luckily Daniel could do it there and then. Listened to what I wanted and advised what he could do. Hour later walking out quite happy. My husband even liked it.... miracle

I have been visiting Toni and Guy Solihull for many years now and I love it! My hair is always cut brilliantly (by Nicola) but it is the relaxed feel of the salon that I really appreciate. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasure.

I have been going to Toni & Guy Solihull for several years now and it is not just a hairdressers it's a pampering experience. From the moment you walk in the door take the weight off your feet, relax at the basin, have a hot or cool drink, read a magazine then let the talent work magic on your hair.

It's a good salon. My hair cut is always done in a perfect way here.

I would really recommend Toni & Guy. The customer service is first class. It is a real treat going there. Jodie is a fantastic hairdresser with a great personality.

Unfortunately I waited over nearly an hour for my hair cut following my colour being done. This meant I sat with wet hair and a towel in my head. And I was in the salon for 2.5 hours and couldn't have my hair properly blow dried as I ran out of time. I was still charged for cut and blow dry though.

I've had extensions done for the first time at Toni&Guy. I wouldn't have them done anywhere else now! They are perfect they blend so well shape and colour. Poppie who did them was so good took lots of care doing them. Really friendly and relaxed would recommend this salon definitely.

Amazing colour by Emma every time it's perfect. Lauren is always really friendly and cuts it the way I want. All the staff are really nice.

Very happy with my experience. Staff very attentive and made me feel very relaxed and at ease. Hair cut by Matt and the true test of a good cut is that it looks good even when I do it myself! Will definately be going back

I always receive excellent service from all the team, but have to give an extra mention to Anna & Jodie who make my regular visits more enjoyable and work their magic on my hair.

First time I had my hair cut here. My experience was very positive, she was friendly, confident and made me feel at ease.
