Sarah has looked after my hair for many years and has always done a perfect cut and blowdry. So much so that 2 years ago I moved to Devon but
I still come back to her for my hair care.

Very good cut from shoulder length hair to short style hair cut. Nicola spent time before washing and cutting my hair going through exactly what I wonted in my hair cut and the finishing result .

My visit to Solihull salon was a great experience. Sinaed took time to discuss my colour choice and helped me make an informed choice. Georgia cut my hair and again took time to understand my needs. Georgia gave styling advice which was very useful. The complimentary drinks were delicious too which added to the experience.

What a lovely experience I’ve had over the last 2 days a lovely wash cut and blow dry by the lovely Dan and a patch test which was fine a strand test which they couldn’t do for my own hair safety but still managed my roots poppy was amazing I will definitely be back xx

I’ve been going to this salon for a while and had no complaints. However after being charged a third more than the usual price for a basic cut with no explanation I’m thinking of going somewhere else. Stylist didn’t check the ends of my hair either. Disappointed and not worth the money.

Disappointed with my first experience here, from start to finish the service i received was poor and unprofessional. the stylist doing my hair was rude and seemed disinterested. Certainly not worth the money, I will not and would not recommend to anyone and I will not be back.

My own hairdresser let me down and so I booked here for the 1st time on Friday 20 May 2021. I showed a colour of what I wanted and it is no where near what I requested. When I booked I was quoted £130 however got to the till and was charged £170, for colour only! I had a balayage and wanted ash blond. The colour is the same as what I had before which is caramel but slightly lighter. I was offered some bonding treatment in the colour but refused as I was at the top of my budget with quote.
I am not sure what the extra £50 was for at all! I have not got the colour I wanted, Despite having a skin test my scalp has itched all night and day, I am really disappointed with the result. I had a specific colour in mind and it does not look like I have had anything done. A friend of mine has had the colour lifted straight from dark brown to ash blonde at a different hairdressers so I don't believe that it is impossible. I thought I would go here due to it being well known for its colouring reputation!

Have used Toni and Guy for years in different locations but have only recently started using the one in Solihull. Daniel is lovely and listens to what you want. My hair is a mess due to growing out colour and post natal hair loss but Daniel has done a great job of cutting and styling it.
Whole team friendly and place felt really clean and COVID secure too
