Part way through I commented what’s that noise? Sounds like a hoover!? It was the spray tan noise next door accompanied by the client & therapist chatting! Emily apologised & said it would stop soon, it did, however began again a few minutes later! Another spray tan. Not relaxing, I also told reception as I left & she said manager would phone me about it but no call so far. £41.00 for a not relaxing experience. This was the dual room. I’ve never had this happen there before. Disappointed. Why have I not been contacted Tranquil Spa? I’ve used you loads. I should have refused to pay. I told therapist during treatment & receptionist after treatment. Do you consider this a good experience? Really disappointed no one has addressed this problem I had. I suggest spray tan room is sound proofed, if I wanted to hear a hoover sound I’d have hoovered at home!

Leah had worked wonders on my sore back over the past few months, I’m so sad she’s leaving but I will be continuing to come to the spa. Lovely facilities, reasonable prices.

It’s the best massage I’ve had by far. I always ask for Emily as she is brilliant and I really like her looking after me as she’s so nice and professional and makes me feel comfortable but also special. The ambiance is lovely too and all the staff are lovely and the refreshments are welcome too.

Emily was very professional, My nails look lovely. A very relaxing hour - thank you, Emily!

Had a course of deep tissue massages with Demi. She was great. She had an unobtrusive manner and was very pleasant. It’s amazing how much power comes from someone so small. She worked hard on my knots and I always came away de stressed and looser in my problem areas. Will be back.

Emily has magical hands. The treatment was excellent! She was very polite & professional. The other staff members were courteous too.

I really enjoyed my bespoke facial with Demi, she gave me lots of advice after the treatment and appeared very knowledgeable. I was completely relaxed throughout, the fact that she did not talk during the facial reflects her understanding of her role,making it the perfect experience for me.
She explained the products that she used and did recommend a particular one but without any pressure or expectations that I would purchase, I did purchase it and look forward to using it in the future. Thanks Demi !

Emily is always very polite and sees that all is okay when I go to any appointment.

I was given a gift voucher for Christmas to use on a facial. It was the best facial I have experienced. From the mood set in the treatment room, to the welcoming staff and Emily's magic fingers. I was totally relaxed when I left.

I've been using Tranquil Spa for a few years now, I thoroughly enjoyed each treatment, and Megan has been wonderful the past 2 visits, as have every therapist I have had the pleasure of being treated by in the past. I always recommend the spa, to family and friends, as it's great value for money, particular the option of courses for treatments and promotional offers. They text 48hours before as a reminder which I think is great customer service. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful and the atmosphere is lovely.

As usual, my treatment was on time. The rooms are always beautifully presented, welcoming and warm. Emily is a fabulous therapist. She works hard on the knots in my back and I always feel so much better afterwards. I always leave feeling relaxed and looking forward to my next appointment.

Was brought the massage for birthday present and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I came out of the premises absolutely relaxed and very calm. I can't remember the girls name that did my detox full body massage but she was very lovely and professional and because I enjoyed it that much have booked another session
