Really good cut. Serena was very professional. In fact the atmosphere was relaxed but busy everything ran smoothly. Front of house staff really friendly. Coffee very good always a pulse

Lauren was friendly, professional and extremely patient as always. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Amelia was fabulous from start to finish. Literally didn’t have a clue what style I was after but after showing Amelia some photos she was able to decide what would suit me and she was so right. Nothing was too much trouble even to the point of putting waves in to the hair after. She was great from start to finish and can’t thank her enough. I’ll definitely be back in a few weeks for another restyle. ?

Bad points: Balayage not blended well. Very streaky. Very ginger although I asked for it to be cool toned and didn’t mind this being darker. I was left to sit upstairs with bleach on my hair for longer than the 40 minutes I was told I would be left. It’s only when I asked a passing by member of staff how long it was going to take for a wash that she called ***** back upstairs. As the bleach was left on my hair for longer than needed it’s very dry now and feels brittle compared to previous times. Also, the girl blow drying my hair hurt my head several times with the round coarse brush. When I asked her to be more gentle and to pull on my scalp less, she was rude and told me this was because I had long hair. No apologies made, simply blunt and rude. I wasn’t asked how I wanted my hair styling.. I would have liked for it to be straightened but it was just blowed dried without asking. An excessive amount of hair dye on my face.. including on my cheeks!
Good points: mostly friendly staff. Offered drinks and magazines regularly. Good temperature inside.

I had a wonderful cut and restyle by Casper today 23 Jan 2020. I have been missing Emmet since his move to Toni & Guy in Paris but have found his successor. Thank you Casper. Be seeing you again

Very good hair cut ?‍♀️ got what I asked for but I feel more effort needs to be put in I am a regular customer have been for two years I feel the customer service within Toni and guy is great but has gone down hill i feel staff need to be put on work training courses on how to talk to people and communicate at end of day good customer service is everything because customers become your friends. I feel Toni and guy across the board need to do courses for their staff. But on other hand is good :)

Great hair cut not happy with customer service within Toni and guy salon staff sitting around and messing around with clients are around.. customer service there at all ways having conversations looking down at people not meet or greet with a smile I feel some staff need to go on customer service courses how to communicate with customers .

She’s a superb creative artist, I’m quite old client with her. Since from last 10 years. She’s Fabulous in her work she done amazing job every time . I luv to her services.

I was worried about going too short with my hair as it can be difficult to style at home. Yasmin gave me a jaw length bob with a textured look. She also recommended some great products and showed me how to use them for quick styling at home -which I also ended up buying. Looking forward to coming in for colour next time. Amazing stylist!

Serena was quick to put me at ease as I had been quite nervous about taking off my wig. I have thin, fine, receding hair so a challenge for any stylist but she gave me a lovely new look and I'll be back to have a colour added. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere and great coffee!

Lovely greeting and welcome, excellent service and style by Casper, even when my asks were more unusual. Delivered exactly what I was looking for and felt like a collaborative experience. Would highly recommend.

I got a wash, cut and blow dry. Staff were really friendly when I rang up prior to my appointment confirm the location of the store, even offering to meet me outside on Navigation Street if I struggled. Once inside staff were very friendly and attentive. Amelia was great, she took the time to discuss with me the specifics of what I wanted and clarified at each stage. Really happy with the overall finish. Definitely will return in the new year.

Love Pam, she’s just so creative. I always go in with no idea what I want and walk out loving my new hair. Thanks Pam you’re amazing!
